The owners have transformed what looks like an original beach "cabin" to a modern home. Simple features in the home, and tons of gear for your foray out to the beach!

One block from beach, walking distance to many things (downtown Ventura is only 2 miles away—we felt very safe walking around neighborhood and larger surrounding community). It’s absolutely a perfect spot and our medium size dog enjoyed the house and yard as well. Local neighbors are very friendly and helpful.
We wish the weather had been better during our stay as emergency responders were around a couple of days for crazy high waves/tides that spilled over into homes/streets on the beach (and also a few days later for a garage fire a few houses down) but owner quickly alleviated our concerns and told us their home was far enough that we’d be safe.
My family would definitely recommend staying here, and we’d love to come back.

What a great stay! My girlfriend and I had a wonderful time at this property. Super mellow, clean, quiet and provided us a safe and secure place to bring our bikes and my stand up paddle board.
Our host, David, made sure we were taken care of with the check in process. He even took the time to provide us with a bag of fresh local coffee and a bottle of wine.
We had a great time and will be booking another stay at this property very soon.

Property as advertised, convenient location and awesome proximity to beach. House was well equipped and clean on arrival. Patio area was great too but bring your own grill. Check in and communication with owner was easy and timely.

This darling house was clean and decorated very beachy, farmhouse😀. It’s so close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants. The hosts are very accommodating and there is everything you need in this well stocked house. We would definitely stay there again!!

This property was perfect for a short family getaway. Walkable to the beach and had everything you need for a day at the beach (wagon, beach chairs, sand toys, boogie boards...) and a lot on site to keep the little ones entertained. There's a grocery store very close by and it's a short drive to the Harbor where there's a good selection of restaurants and treats. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location that was extremely well equipped for our stay. They provided all the amenities that we needed. All we had to do was buy some groceries. The only drawback was the shower. Water pressure was low. But the beach access, and coziness of the surroundings are hard to beat.

We decided to plan a coastal college tour for our teenager and decided to stay in Ventura. We have never stayed in this area before, so didn’t no what to expect. This cute cottage met all of our needs and the pier point area had delicious eateries within walking distance which was a huge plus! From the decorations, to the amenities (bikes, boogie boards, game room) to a brochure of suggestions for the area we truly enjoyed our stay! Also the beach entrance is at the end of street!!

This place was great! The location was fantastic, the house itself was clean, well cared for and updated, and well appointed with basics and bonus items. The bikes and beach gear made it extra easy and fun. The owners are incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and responsive. The neighbors are also super friendly and enjoyable. We can't wait to stay again!

It was a wonderful and quaint beach house. A couple minutes walk to beach that allows dogs off leash. We loved beach for dog and kids. Great location to get to our tour to Channel Islands. Host was great and getting back to us quickly with questions.

Had a great 3 night stay. Perfect location, cute house, comfortable beds and well appointed. Wonderful to be steps away from the beach. Lots of games and two bikes to use.

Close to the beach and restaurants. Nice and clean. Owners were very supportive and helpful during a family emergency. Very grateful for their kindness.

We loved walking down to the beach each morning and to local frozen yogurt shop. Groceries and Starbucks are within walking distance. Great neighborhood. Only thing we would’ve loved to have was a bbq to cook outside. But all in all a wonderful stay. 👍🏽👍🏽

We liked this cute little cottage. The garage is a game room, which came in handy for rainy days. Nice touch.

We comfortably enjoyed our stay with 2 adults sleeping in one room, 2 children in the other and Granny and our chihuahua in the living room. We had everything we needed, enjoyed the beach in late December and walked to dinner both nights. Would definitely return in the summer for a longer visit!

This is a great two-bedroom place only a short walk to the beach. Conveniently located close to nice places to eat, nearby highway access and grocery stores, it is a great place to spend your next get away. We will likely return next year.

The beach home has everything to make your stay comfortable. We had 4 adults and enjoyed dinner on the patio every night. Short walk to the beach and frozen yogurt, (thank you for the gift card)!

We really loved the beach house! Comfortable beds, nice shower and bathroom. Tons of beach accessories (Boogie boards, chairs, wet suits, toys, towels, etc. Very friendly and helpful owner!

Great Beach Bungalow!
Our family had a great time at the beach house. Very clean and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything we needed was within walking distance, which was excellent (restaurants, shops, and stores). We had fun playing foosball and cornhole. And of course the best part is being just down the street from the beach. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you for sharing your home.

Loved it!
We loved our stay at this cottage. It was clean, new, and super cute. Loved the decor. Perfect place for a small family. The kids really enjoyed playing with the provided toys in the garage. It was also nice that there was a beach wagon and beach toys for us to use. And the best part...it’s just a short walk to the beach! David was very nice, helpful, and responsive.

Great for kids and close to beach
This quaint cottage had great amenities and toys for our kids and made it easy to walk to the beach everyday. Walking distance to some restaurants which also meant we barely got in our car during our whole stay.

Nice place to stay, not huge but fits for a small family and allows pets also..hope there is grass at the property next time for my spoiled dogs, but that's nitpicking...overall had a great time and the home is nicely redone and had everything we needed plus proximity to the beach is excellent! Thank you!
