This property is in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood with street parking and was walking distance from the beach. The place itself was kept clean but small and hot, except for the bedroom which had an AC. There is no central air and thermostat is only for heating, which read nearly mid 80s while we were there (hotter inside than outside during the week we stayed). This should have been mentioned in the listing as I’m not sure this place was worth the price because of it. I’m giving it an overall rating of 2 because the last thing we want on a hot beach day is to come home to a hot beach house.

Great location for a nice beach stay. Clean and comfortable bedroom for my daughter and I to stay. Property manager was great at answering all questions quickly. The AC is in the bedroom, which kept the room cool but the living area was around 80 degrees with two fans and ceiling fans on. But would stay again at this location.

Really clean, great location, beach badges were nice. Size was very small. Air conditioning was tough to move past the bedroom. Had to buy a fan to suck it out of bedroom, into rest of unit. Left fan there. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves though. Thank you.

This little beach cottage was the perfect shore getaway for my boyfriend and me. Close to the beach, bay and Seaside Heights boardwalk. It was clean and well-appointed with basic kitchen appliances, tools/utensils, etc… It is the perfect size for 2 people—3 maximum. The futon in the living room is only big enough for one guest. My only complaint is that patio/deck and grill are listed as amenities, so I bought some items to grill for dinner, however, the grill and patio are not for vacation renters. Most if the units are occupied by year-round tenants (who are begrudgingly being pushed out due to sale of the units). On a positive note, the tenants were very kind and understanding when I tried to use their grill and patio! I am assuming this will change once the rest of the units are sold for vacation rentals. Overall, a great trip and perfect lodging for the two of us.

We had a wonderful time but would recommend having 2 people or 3 max. 4 can be very crowded, the place is in the perfect location if you are looking to be near the beach and is way quieter than staying in Seaside Heights. We had some issues finding the location, since it was on the side. The only thing I would recommend is bringing an extra fan, this place can get very hot with the AC being only in the bedroom. Also, bring a sponge for dishes and make sure to bring sheets, blankets, towels, toilet paper- this will not be included. Beach badges included, full fridge, and small oven/stove. Great for a short weekend stay!

Great location near the beach and bay. Small place so would recommend only 1 or 2 people staying there and you have to bring all household items with you.
