We had the best time ever in this most perfect of houses. The house was well stocked, super clean, and perfect for our 3 day stay before running the Wineglass half marathon. The dock was perfect for fishing and easy launching of kayaks. We all appreciated the small personal touches, including the fresh flowers. We all intend to come back next year. Thanks so much

We had a wonderful family week together at the lake. Cottage was even nicer than pictures, every thing we needed was supplied, beach was great. It was beyond our expectations. We would highly recommend to anyone. We hope to return again. Life memories with the grandkids.

We've been coming to Keuka Lake for several years and this is, by far, the best accommodation we've ever stayed in. The host helped me secure my boat to the dock which probably saved me a few scratches. Very nice neighbors who offered assistance if we needed anything.

Two families of 4 stayed at this lovely property over Memorial Day weekend and were very impressed with the property, the views and the hospitality. No complaints, would definitely recommend and hopefully may rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottage. My 95 year old mother, whose birthday we were celebrating, was delighted with the location, the view and the charm of the cottage, as were all eight of us. Everything was clean and comfortable. Our only issue was that the post with the address was hard to see.

The house was so cute and perfect for what we needed for a long weekend. Location is very ideal. House was great and the communication was easy! Thanks so much for the wonderful stay.

We had a great time and this property provided everything that we needed. The views of the lake were amazing with beach access. We floated on tubes and rented a kayak. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved everything about the property. Stairs an issue for elderly. Some areas without railings - top of stairs. The only complaint was the property is poorly marked impossible to find in the dark. The tree should have a light on it.

I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The house is well maintained, very clean, and had everything we could have asked for, up to and including firewood for a lakeside fire. l would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Only minutes away from charming Pen Yan; with shopping and restaurants. We highly recommend Parker's Grille and Tap House. While you are in the region, you should check out the many wineries in the area. The Finger Lakes is one of the most renowned wine regions in America.
Jo Hannah was available at any time if we needed her (which we didn't). My wife and I had an absolutely perfect vacation. I will be returning - and I highly recommend this property.
