This was our first trip to Vermont but hopefully not our last. This was the perfect spot for our family to stay, especially with a busy one year old who loved crawling around. The views from the balcony and sunroom were why we chose to book this place and they did not disappoint. The unit was clean and quiet. Both bathrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. It was just a short scenic drive to Stowe and the trails on the property were great for a day hike.
Our only issue was with check-in. Our keys had accidentally been left for us in the unit instead of the lock box. However, we called the management company and they were so helpful, sending a security guard over very quickly to let us in.
Overall it was a great trip and we would definitely stay here again! My husband wants to come back during ski season.

Pool close by was great, especially as we had 80° each day.

The condo was immaculate! Plenty of linen and dishes. It took a bit to find the lock box for check in. Gorgeous fall views! The sun porch was perfect for morning coffee.

View was amazing. Condo was very nice and clean however outdated. Washer did not work but Vacas did send someone to try and fix it but they were not able too. This was an issue as we were there a week and there are no other facilities on Smuggs for laundry so we had to hand wash. Condo was not finished being cleaned when we arrived even though we were after the check in time. We went for dinner and it was finished when we returned.

The owls is a great place to stay. The only bad thing I can say is the TVs need to be updated with the latest technology. We could not connect to any of our non cable accounts (fire tv, amazon, netflix, etc.).

Great place, not quite perfect. Wi-Fi was poor, dishwasher not working. Carpets need cleaning.

I have stayed at Smuggs Resort at least once a year for over 20 years and this is by far the best place for the best price. You don't have to deal with checking in at the resort, you just go right to your condo. The condo is an upgrade from all the other condos. It has a beautiful sunroom, which we spent all of our time. It was HUGE and plenty of space for everyone, beds were very comfortable. I can't say enough about this place. If you are staying at Smuggs this is the place to stay.

This condo was one of the best my family and I have stayed rented. It was immaculately clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The pictures on the listing are exactly the way it looked in person.
The check in process was a bit difficult. We were told that the keys would be in a lock box upon arrival. They were not there. I called the number on the listing and they quickly responded. We ended up having to go to the main check- in area to get our key cards. Once that was solved the rest of the stay was wonderful.
I look forward to returning.

Home was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of comfortable seats with lots of tables and counter space, and a well-equipped kitchen. The views out the windows are amazing, and the resort has lots to do without having to get in the car.

Large. Great views. Unreal views in fact. Enclosed porch was perfect. They do not spare expenses on anything. Plenty of clean laundry and other things that most places cheap out on. Zero complaints

The property is quite nice. Communication was not up to par with other VRBO experiences we've had though... they were slow to deal with no card keys being available for us to get into the property. I had to reach out to Smugglers Notch Resort independently to get key cards & enter initially.

We had a wonderful stay at Owls Unit 6. The home is equipped with all modern facilities and offers amazing views of the mountain. The only issue we had was the key not working when we arrived, so had to drive all the way down to the front desk of the resort to activate it. As we drove almost 5 hours with a 2 year old baby, it was a bit of a letdown.
But the house itself is great. Perfect for a family vacation.
Would definitely recommend and visit again.
