Nice condo in nice neighborhood, steps to beach ,extremely dog friendly area

Family reunion went fabulously. Had a very comfortable home awaiting us when we returned from day’s activities. Beautiful layout. Color scheme was warm and inviting. All amenities were beyond thoughtful! Beach towels, water toys and everything you could want was at your fingertips. The washer and dryer helped us immensely since we were traveling with an 18 month old! The beach was just a short walk away. The pool was cloudy and questionable as we saw small humans with diapers on and not swimmers. (No fault of the owners) Loved this home and would definitely stay here again. The HOA needs to step up their game to match the owners attention to detail!! Rating a 5 out of 5! Clean and inviting!

The stay was like living in a home away from home. Everything was cozy and clean..short walk to pool and beach. Neighborhood was polite and quiet. Having access to washer and dryer was great. I would highly recommend to anyone.

What a great surprise to be greeted with a little welcome basket filled with goodies and a sweet note. Everything was already there, like paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, towels, linens, beach chairs, umbrellas. It was well stocked! Only wish we had a blender for margaritas and salsa. But seriously…5 STARS!!!!! Loved it!

Very nice and clean townhome. Loved the location to the beach. Texted the owner with a question and received very quick response. He was so kind and helpful. Outstanding customer service! I hope to stay at this location often. And will refer this home to all my friends.

Perfect ocean hideway
Our family have been visiting Surf City for 3 years . This year we picked a perfect location in regards to a distance to our favorite juice place and coffee shop. Every morning we just walk on beach not even a mile and we were able to get our favorite drinks in the morning or lunch at noon.
Dan and Elise place is fully renovated , bright, super clean and there is a pool as well which is a rare at the island.
Outdoor shower is new and very handy on daily basis.
We will return for sure!

Wonderful and convenient
The property was so close to the beach and pool. You honestly couldn't ask for a better setup in surf city. The inside was gorgeous and the host were super friendly and left a cute welcome package. Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful rental!
We have stayed at Topsail before, but this was by far the best condo ever! Roomy, exceptionally clean & all the little extras made this place stand out! Short walk to beach & pool. Owners are the nicest & best, too!! We will definitely be back!!! Thanks so much Dan & Ellyse!!

Very accommodating!
I booked this property for my parents who are in their 60s. The owners are exceptionally accommodating and made my parents feel welcome. The property's balconies overlook the pool and the beach is a 5-10 min. walk. They would stay again!

We stayed at Turtle Cove for 3 weeks and it was bliss! The condo is right next to the pool and a 3 minute walk to a private beach boardwalk. The beach was never crowded since public access is farther down and the pool is immaculately maintained. The owners are quick with communication and a keypad entry means no worry about losing keys while swimming. The condo is equipped with comfortable beds, a very cozy couch, large smart TVs and 2 patios perfect to sit on at night. Lots of linens and they had a closet full of games, beach towels and even a beach tote bag. 2 lightweight beach chairs were perfect and the outdoor shower downstairs has excellent water pressure to make post beach clean-up a breeze. AC was great even on super hot June days and kitchen is well equipped. We will definitely be returning next summer! Thank you for a great stay!!!
