Quiet, relaxing weekend meeting a new puppy family member. Had fully intended to ski, but weather conditions did not cooperate. Very nice and well located/appointed condo..

The property was much further away from the slopes than advertised. There weren’t enough pillows or towels for the guests. No extra guests were invited. We were five as listed. There were a lot of long black hairs in the “clean” sheets.

Our host was wonderful, she even gave recommendations on activities and restaurants. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. Check in was a lot easier than we thought it would be. We will highly recommend this property to friends and family!

I recently stayed at this VRBO property for a three-day ski trip in January. The property, while quaint and a bit dated, was impressively well-maintained and spotlessly clean. Both check-in and check-out processes were straightforward and hassle-free, which I appreciated.
Location-wise, it's situated in a very accessible area. It's important to note that it's not a ski-in/ski-out property, but getting to the ski area is easy either by driving to the parking lot or catching a shuttle, so it wasn't much of an inconvenience.
The only aspect that puzzled me was the requirement of a $1,500 refundable deposit at the time of booking. This seemed a bit steep, but it wouldn't deter me from staying here again.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would definitely recommend this property to others looking for a comfortable and convenient stay near the ski slopes.

My family booked this lovely spot for a holiday skiing trip at Wintergreen. The home is warm and inviting with lots of the little extras that make this place a thoughtful home away from home. The kitchen was stocked with all the things you might need to prepare your own meals. There are extra blankets, towels, and linens in the home. The bathrooms are well designed and the water pressure and temperature were great, handling consecutive double showers (4 total) apres-ski. My family enjoyed the streaming services on the TVs to relax in the evenings. We appreciated the hot chocolate left for guests. From the home you are a short walk from the spa center and a few minutes away via car from parking near the ski lifts. We had a great time and would book it again!

Excellent getaway with my family of 3. Very convenient to everything involved at wintergreen and the host was in great contact before and during the stay.

We stayed 7 nights. Very comfortable and cozy renovated apartment in beautiful Wintergreen resort. Very dog friendly. Loretta is very responsive. Checkin/out is super easy. We had wonderful time there. Look forward to returning someday.

Easy check in and the condo was very nice! Everything has been updated/renovated and super clean. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the early evening with a glass of wine. We were able to hike every day and were so appreciative that we could bring our dog with us! There is plenty to do in Wintergreen and we enjoyed the cooler mountain air! As a bonus we were able to walk to the scenic overlook to see the 4th of July fireworks, which were awesome. I would not hesitate to stay in Loretta's condo again!

We loved this condo. Everything is super clean, comfortable, and updated. The location is easy to find and near some great walking paths, this helped us a lot with walking our dog. We will definitely consider visiting again.

Great and cozy place, clean! Loretta communicated well. Warm! Loved fireplace and heater. 3 min drive to Wintergreen ski. Easy, everything we needed was just there. Nice to have a dryer to dry our wet ski accessories. We would definitely stay there again. And ski Wintergreen again!

Excellent Place
My family came here to spend the weekend to celebrate our 30th Wedding Anniversary and Fathers Day weekend! The reservation was smooth, Loretta kept in touch with us the whole time by answering any questions we had and the condo was well decorated and super clean. She had kept some refreshing goodies for us as well 😀 which had a homely touch. We took two nearby hikes. The one to the waterfall was the best. Overall, a very relaxing and satisfying trip. So thank you Loretta!!
