Nicely updated condo with a small kitchen. We stayed on the 7th floor of the building and had no problems with getting an elevator. The building's hallways are dated but clean and quiet. It is close to downtown Hilo, and we used it as a base to visit some waterfalls, Mauna Kea and Volcano National Park. We enjoyed our stay here.

Condo was lovely! Nice, quiet and great location. Kitchen is stocked for cooking meals which was great. I would recommend they stock a pasta strainer and also recommend they supply several beach towels. A couple of fans would also be nice to move the air around. All minor items and even without these things, the condo was great.
Property Manager answered any questions we had right away. You won't be disappointed with this rental! Love it. We had a great time. Thank you!

The condo was very nice. The tv was another issue. Very spotty internet connection. The tv was constantly freezing and rebooting. My husband is a huge tv fan, and this was disappointing for him.

Very clean place & well maintained. We had a great time.The only issue we had was the aircons were a bit too loud, otherwise everything was perfect. Good location to stay & easy access to market, shops & restaurants.

The property was very clean with beautiful furnishings. It had comfortable space for family of four, with two single beds in the second bedroom. The location next to the lagoon was nice, making daytime walkable access to Banyan Drive pleasant. There is one dedicated parking space. It is unfortunate the lanais don't face the lagoon park, but since it is a corner unit the master bedroom side window has a partial view of the park. The view of Mauna Kea is nice. I was told I would receive information how to access the room before we arrived, and that never did happen. The contact we were provided helped us obtain the information on the day we arrived, so the inconvenience was minimal.

This property is a very lovely, bright, comfortable place in Hilo, conveniently located, in a quiet building. The apartment served as our home base as we visited the east side of the island.On clear days great view of volcanos. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying at this property to visit Hilo. It’s a very convenient location (walkable to downtown but we also drove in a few times). Parking was convenient. The pool area is very secure and a nice benefit. We loved watching the planes coming in from the amazing master bedroom windows. Check in/out was a breeze. I would definitely recommend.

Very comfortable and centrally located accommodations. The beds were comfy, kitchen, however small, was stocked with everything you need. The place was clean. Enjoyed it very much and would stay there again if we ever go back to Hilo.

We found this corner condo very clean and comfortable for the 2 of us. The master bedroom is gorgeous with a large window overlooking the bay and a comfy king bed. Walk-in closet, large bureau, nice linens, good lighting, A/Cs, lanais! We didn't use the extra bedroom or bathroom much, but it was nice to have them available. Kitchen is small but well stocked with knives, dishes, etc. Why cook when you can walk to many wonderful restaurants? HOA rules seem strong at first, but made for a comfortable, quiet stay. Would definitely stay there again. Great value!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo is centrally located and it’s easy to access downtown Hilo as well as grocery stores. The building itself is very dated but the condo is updated. We did not use the pool so I cannot speak to that, but I would consider staying here again.

The condo was clean and as described. We were contacted by the host before check in and had no problems getting checked in or with the stay. We weren't doing any cooking during our stay, but the kitchen is very small if you plan to cook.

Nice appartment with a beautiful view and a nice park. The surroundings are just ok, Hilo is not that pretty. The building is old and need some refreshment but the appartment is well renovated and equiped. Good instructions and quick answer from the rental owner with complete guide of the area. We recommand for a central location.

Very comfortable place. Kitchen well equipped . Though the building is quite old , the apartment is rennovated ( but need to renovate the other bath tub/ shower )- didn’t work that well, and everything is already new there.

Apartment in a mixed use huilding with some offices and some permanent residents. Unit was very clean. One person galley kitchen but suited our needs just fine. Property manager was very responsive. Great location to explore Hilo/ Volcanoes National Park area!

The unit was fabulous for my friend and I. The building itself needs some TLC, BUT this unit is in nice condition and a perfect downtown location!

We stayed in this property for three nights. Our family included one grandma, two parents, and a teen. We found the condo to be as described in writing and in the photos. The kitchen is will stocked to prepare simple meals. Definitely a one-butt kitchen. The layout was perfect for our family, with the rooms split and the common area in the middle. The condo complex is well situated to walk into Hilo (about 10-15 min). The grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the pool and common areas. We would stay here again.

The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well equiped. The location was a perfect launching off point for many activities in the area (e.g., Volcanoes National Park, Akaka Falls State Park, Hilo Farmers Market, and the Big Island International Marathon). Given that we had three adults staying in the unit, we appreciated having two bedrooms and full baths. The neighbors next to the unit were very quiet at night. We especially appreicated some of the extras provided with the condo: the cooler, ice pack, and beach chairs. These additional items were fantastic to have on day trips around the area. Overall, clean, tastefully decorated exceeded our expectations. Very comfy and relaxing stay. The second bathroom tub faucet did make a funny, groaning noise. Nothing else though.

Not enough pool towels, should have 2 per person as it takes over 24 hours in room to dry them for next use. Cleaning people not cleaning top of showers. Found 2 dried out nasty old soap on top corners with build up of dust too. Not enough bars to dry out pool towels.

This building used to be a hotel decades ago. It is an older building but this unit is completely updated. It was a perfect home base for us. Safe and comfortable. Great bathroom set up for two couples. Great communication with the host service.

This is the nicest short-term stay I have ever enjoyed. Be aware that this unit is on the Hilo, not bay side of the building. However the main bedroom has beautiful views from immense windows to the south. The building is dated but perfectly serviceable. There are weird streaming channels, but no cable.
