We will definitely book here again. The house was very clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. Very relaxing.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, convenient property for our party of 9, which included an infant. Everyone loved it here. The beach pass and the music room were added bonuses.

This house was perfect for our short stay of three nights, but would be even better for a longer stay too. Great bedroom set-up..and lots of different spaces for people to be together or alone! Kitchen was well equipped, music room was awesome (we are musicians!) , and outside area was perfect for breakfast in the morning and s’mores at night!
Perfect location…13 min to the beach, 14 min to Berlin and 30 min to Assateague.
We will come again!

My family and I come to ocean city every year and we love stayin in ocean pines as it’s close by. This is our second stay and we also have plenty of space, towels, and cookware if we decide to cook. We absolutely will stay again!

We were visiting Ocean City for a National Dance Competition. We had 3 moms and 3 teen girls in our party. The house was amazing. Very clean when we arrived and so spacious and comfortable, it felt like home. The beds were so comfortable for everyone. The owners thought of everything, from providing towels, hand soap in all of the bathrooms and kitchen and extra trash bags, cleaning supplies etc. The parking pass for the beach was a gem, just wish we had more time in our schedule to go to the beach more. Quiet neighborhood and close to many restaurants, grocery store, etc and easy to get onto 90 to head to Ocean City. I'd give 10 stars if we could. Thank you for making our stay amazing!!!

3 Trinity Place was absolutely wonderful. Beautifully decorated. Spacious bedrooms with plenty of closet storage space. Very special music room that allowed our family gathering to play instruments and sing in a way that we have longed for. Tucked away in a beautiful pine woods with easy access to the services at Ocean Pines. This house was perect for our extended family of 9. When rain kept us from the beach, my children and grandchildren (8 in all) staying on the boardwalk joined us for the afternoon. It easily accommodated our visiting. Would come back to 3 Trinity Place on a heartbeat!

House was much more spacious then it looks in the pictures. Place was very clean and organized, and it was excellent for a larger group. The host was extremely helpful and I would happily rent from her again. The stay couldn’t have been better.

House was much bigger and nicer than we expected. Brenda was very responsive to our questions and the 8 of us had plenty of space. The music room was an unexpected bonus and the parking pass for the beach turned out to be gold. Property was conveniently located to both Ocean City and Assateague Island. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks Brenda!

The perfect stay
This place was the perfect place to stay. It is not to far from all the attractions, events, shopping areas etc. And the house is not only beautiful, organized and have everything you need; you feel welcomed and relaxed. Truly it’s well worth the stay and i would definitely do it again.

Everything about this place was amazing!
It is clean, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the set up so that sound does not travel from one area to another. Great for restful sleep.
The neighbor is quiet and friendly. Close to the beach, restaurants and stores.
We loved it and had a great time.
You really could not ask for more!

Beautiful home with everything you need!
The property looks even better in person. We definitely enjoyed our stay at the property. Everything you could ever need for a nice beach getaway was provided at the property. I would wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Perfect location!
