We were busy while we were there. Caught a concert in Atlanta then a Clemson football game!!!

Stop searching and book the Seneca cottage! It is absolutely perfect for big groups and located just minutes to campus. Decor is top notch and right out of a Crate and Barrel catalog. Beds and linens are very comfortable. Scott is a wonderful host and most accommodating. The kitchen and coffee bar is very well appointed with everything you need for meals at home. Location is also just minutes to numerous restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting by the fire pit. The property backs to a wooded area and feels like you’re in a secluded cabin in the woods. I can’t recommend highly enough. We will definitely stay again!!

Our family rented this house for an event at Clemson. The drive was super easy and fast. The beds were very comfortable in every room, & the TVs in each bedroom were nice. The game room was our favorite spot, but unfortunately the arcade was not working when we got there. The Xbox was a hit, along with the darts, basketball and shuffle board. The hot tub was wonderful too! The house was a little big for our family of four, Definitely could’ve had one or two more people stay with us comfortably.

We stayed here with 4 other adults for the Clemson vs Miami game and it was perfect for us. Not too far from the stadium. We all even enjoyed the game room. We would definitely stay here again!

SC visit
We chose Seneca because it is close to mountains, lakes and drivable for our friends from Atlanta. The house is beautiful, big and had just about anything we could need (and we had 5 kids between 1.5 and 16 years old). The game room was a hit. It is close (less than 10 mins) to Clemson University.

We were just staying overnight on our way to our final destination
Everything was as described which is often a pleasant surprise. The house was clean, spacious and filled all of our needs. Scott was very helpful and accommodating. We recommend this property and host!
