Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores #701. The condo accommodated 10 adults and 1 child very comfortably! Very clean and the grounds were also clean and well taken care of. We lived out on the huge patio when we were actually in condo. Pickle ball court was so fun too! The views were incredible! Staff couldn’t have been nicer. Security on site which was nice and felt very safe. Location was also great. Only recommendations we had were: dryer needs replaced. Took 3 times to dry. Dishwasher tablet dispenser broke and sponge or more kitchen towels would have been helpful. Overall - we loved it and would love to come back again soon!

The property was very clean. Big enough for our 15 family members that stayed! My o ky complaint is the appliances need to be updated. Dryer took forever to dry clothes and stove/oven took a long time to get hot as well. Besides that we had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here!

Loved the property and the furnishings. As with any rental there was some wear on some of the furniture. We would stay here again. The layout and location were perfect. We had an amazing time!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the condo was beautifully decorated and the furnishings were gorgeous, they were absolutely filthy. They were completely covered in stains and left an off-putting smell. The rug in the living area was in similar condition. Pictures attached. The floor style was great, but they turned everyone’s feet black with dirt when you walked on them. They obviously had not been mopped. Additionally, the ice maker did not work in the bar area, the light in the microwave was broken, and the refrigerator was missing a glass shelf and a drawer. We had 3 families staying in the condo, so that extra missing fridge space would have been nice to have. Other than these maintenance issues, the condo was beautiful, and the view was astounding. I called to inform the front desk of our issues, but I was aware that the items would most likely not be addressed as our visit was during thanksgiving giving week. I want to ensure that future customers are aware of these issues before the place is booked again. There is not a provision to attach pictures. Email me at for pictures.

The place was filthy! Linens were poor& inside out! Small pillows on king bed. Ants in the bed. Patio furniture broken. Major leak from ice maker it seemed. Had to put towels in floor so no one would fall. Dryer took 4 cycles to dry. Living room furniture was noticeably stained / dirty . Floors made your feet black. Rug hadn’t been vacuumed until I did it. Oven took twice as long to cook food. I had to clean the first day we were there. Old water damage to baseboards by bar / air condition area. Of all my years of vacationing at the beach this was by far the grosses place I’ve stayed.

We had a party of 13, adults and children. The condo was very roomy with so much storage. Very nice closets, bathrooms are spacious with lots of cabinet space and the kitchen was very accommodating for a large group. We were worried with the size of the Phoenix about the crowds. We never felt crowded at the beach or at the pool. The parking garage was nice, no wait on elevators either. My group can honestly not say enough wonderful things about our stay. We arrived 4 hours before check in time and the property allowed us to go ahead and obtain our parking passes so we could head out to the beach until our room was ready.

The property is well kept and maintained.

We had 11 in our group. 9 adults and two kids. Plenty of room and beds. We had a great time. Plenty to do in the area to keep adults and kids happy and occupied. Condo was large enough for all of us and had a tennis court on our floor.

Property was family friendly. Slept everyone comfortably. Being under new ownership there were a few things that could have been better with the condo itself. Overall we really enjoyed the property and would visit again. No shower liner in Jack and Jill bathroom shower. No trash can in master bath or Jack and Jill bathroom. Floors were dirty- noticed after the baby crawled around. Most of the kitchen items were dirty and needed to be washed before we could use them. Tv is incredibly confusing, especially with all the remotes. It would be helpful to have some directions. Tons of brooms, no dustpan. Ice maker change filter light is on Faucet on jet tub in master bath broken Furniture and appliances could use some updating.
