Beautiful house Our only complaint is that 4/5 beds very uncomfortable

Very clean and beautiful property. Quick walk to the north end of the Seaside Heights Boardwalk. Casino Pier is a short walk but all worth it. The house itself was plenty of room for 8 of us. Nice rooftop to chill out on too. Nice to be able to park a car in the garage as well. Owners were super responsive with any questions. We enjoyed our entire 5 day stay.

My cousins and I had a small family get together here. It was beautiful! Very spacious and the couch was very comfortable. Even the neighbors were nice! It is a beautiful property and I would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous beach house located two blocks from the beach. Beautiful views from the roof deck. Nicely appointed and very clean! Highly recommend this lovely property!

The house is great - really spacious, it was a great fit for my family of 8 for the weekend. The rooftop deck is awesome, the patios are great. No complaints about the actual house. *Using* the house was a little tricky -- it was hard to figure out in advance what the house did and didn't have there. For example, the host said there would be at least one roll of toilet paper to start. Per bathroom? They didn't know - the cleaning company had already come. There were conflicting and confusing instructions around the house about how we had to do checkout - one of them made it sound like we could only leave one bag of trash in the bin and had to take the rest with us. Luckily the host clarified we didn't have to do that. It would also be nice to not have to bring linens--we had to borrow a set of king sheets and do a lot of coordination to make sure we had the right sheets for all the beds we were going to use. So I recommend the house, I just would hope the host can go a little further to make things clear to the guests -- what it does and doesn't have and their responsibilities.

House was beautiful and as advertised. Only wish the weather was better so we could have taken advantage of the wonderful roof top deck.

Beautiful property. Very clean and enjoyed the open concept. We also loved the location. A little confused by the new policy for many properties of not providing linens. It’s makes it difficult if you are flying in. It is also interesting that in the write up it says it’s perfect for entertaining…….but then it says it doesn’t want you to entertain. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay and we would love to come again!

Lindsey‘s property was everything advertised—and then some. The house was spacious, simply and beautifully decorated, the colors calming, the information binder helpful, and Lindsay readily responsive to my questions before renting. Entering was easy, and it seemed as if anything you might need was already taken care of—right down to an orange juice squeezer and a meat thermometer! We stayed during my grandsons’ spring break, so it was cold some days, but we had a few sunny days to enjoy eating and relaxing on the spacious rooftop deck. CVS was a block away, and ACME nearby. The beach was just a short two blocks, and the boardwalk began at that point. This house was even better than the pictures and our stay was so relaxing! I’d give it more than 5 stars!

All I can say is Incredible!! The house was beautiful and comfortable! So close to all the Seaside attractions. Will definitely be doing this at this house for years to come! Thank you again for everything!

My family and I had such a wonderful 3 night stay in this beautiful house. Such a nice open Kitchen/Dining/livingroom area. The kitchen was very well stocked with every necessary thing you could possibly need. Very nice bedrooms. We would definitely reserve another stay at this property.

Very nice property . It was cozy , clean and relaxing. Definitely rent again when the weather is warmer so that we can enjoy the beach.

This house is gorgeous! We rented it for a wedding weekend for the bridal party to stay and get ready in and it was perfect. The girls were on one level and the guys on another. I will say, there are a TON of stairs so be prepared. The property manager is extremely responsive and the check in process is so easy. I gave a 4/5 for cleanliness because there were dust bunnies in every room it seemed, so that would be the only area of improvement. Otherwise great time and PLENTY of room for a large group. The roof top view is also amazing!

We had an awesome stay. The home was very nice and worked very well for 12 of us. Plenty of bathrooms and the rooms were large and spread out. Close to the beach which you can walk to with little children. Will definitely stay again and recommend others do as well.

The description/pictures do not do justice to how nice the home is. The space was clean and more than we expected. Perfect amount of space for our family to have time together, as well as have access to spaces for moments of quiet. The Communication with the host was wonderful and very helpful. Will definitely stay there again!

This property is very welcoming; absolutely amazing! Beautiful, clean and conveniently located. The host (Lindsay) was available and responsive immediately when needed. We had a wonderful long weekend getaway and will definitely book this property again.

The house was amazing. Beautifully furnished, plenty of space and the perfect layout for our Girls'Weekend. Only a short walk to the beach. Rooftop deck was the highlight -- best place to relax and enjoy good food, great friends and beautiful weather. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

House was great with lots of space to spread out for a group of 7. It was a rainy weekend so we appreciated all the room. Check-in was easy! Only complaint is that we had to purchase sponges, trash bags, and toilet paper for our two day stay.

We were in town for a kids regatta and Frank's place was perfect! It was close to the TR yacht club, one block from the Boardwalk and walking distance to the grocery and package store. Very clean, all of the amenities we could need and the hostess was very helpful to out of towner's navigating the area. My only advice, don't block the sidewalk with your car. We had SUVs and got ticketed. We had a lovely stay and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful September weekend stay at Frank's Beach Joint! We were in town for a small music festival in Seaside Heights and this was a great location. Easy walk to the boardwalk, CVS was down the street and Acme was super close to pick up a few things we needed. The house was clean and comfortable for our group of 10 (7 adults, 2 elementary age kids, and 1 infant). We also appreciated that house rules and guidelines were posted throughout the house for easy reference. The rooftop deck was a favorite spot and we love the open concept first floor. We could all hang out together but not feel like we were on top of one another. Such a fun weekend!

We couldn’t have loved this home and our stay anymore. The home itself was beautiful, super clean, very spacious, and stocked with anything you could need. The home is fully updated and beautifully decorated. We stayed with our 3 young kids and another family for my husbands 40th birthday and it was the perfect space for our mini union. Everyone was super impressed with the amount of space we had. The location to the beach and boardwalk made it convenient for a day at the beach. During our stay, we had a few quick questions and Lindsay got back to us in minutes. They have signage all over the house answering all your questions about how to use the different amenities and how to dispose of trash. It made for an easy and relaxing stay. I highly recommend this vacation home. We can’t wait to stay again!

Really nice house, roomy, and well equipped kitchen. Roof top area perfect.

The house was beautiful, comfy and so enjoyable. Easy walk to stores, restaurants, boardwalk and beach. Loved all the decks, which our timing was perfect for a full moon siting. Both adults and kids enjoyed hanging out.

Property is very nice. TV was unusual for us, being 100% internet TV, so we were not used to that, but we are not at the shore to watch TV are we? Same with the internet. It dropped all the time, frequently reporting "connection without internet", but then why are we on our devices when we have a beach to get to? And only 2 blocks was a quick walk or drive to drop stuff off. Plenty of parking at the property, which was VERY MUCH appreciated. So nice to have an outside "shower." It is not enclosed, so keep your suit on, but best to wash off even so. Oh, before you use any dishes, run them through the dishwasher since the previous tenants may not have washed them (must not leave dishes in dishwasher when leaving, so who knows if the tenant before you hand-washed them or not?). The owner is very responsive if you have any issues at all, which is very comforting. Have a good time!!!!

We had an awesome stay! The house was big and beautiful, very clean and the owner was so friendly and easy to work with. Responded to my questions immediately. The kids loved it and the house is so spacious we never felt cramped.

Our family of 6 and 6 of our kid’s friends joined us for a wonderful week at the beach. We had gorgeous weather and the house couldn’t have been better for our large group. The location was great with a quick walk to the beach and a short bike ride to the shops in Lavallette or the rides on the boardwalk! Will definitely return!!

The property was exactly as listed. We vacationed with my family - 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 6. The rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. It was a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Definitely an excellent vacation property!!

I highly recommend it for all families looking for a beachside retreat. The hosts were lovely and accommodating, and made the check-in process very smooth. They checked in regularly to see how things were going and made sure that we made the most of our stay with local guides. The house itself was marvelous. We were all thoroughly impressed with the property and couldn't have asked for anything more perfect for our stay. The house was modern and had a lot of spaces for relaxing and sleeping. The beds and couch were comfortable, and there is a lot of space for parking. It is situated very close to the beach and boardwalk, which made day trips to the boardwalk very accessible. Again, I cannot give enough praise to this property and its owners. Thank you for making our trip a memorable one. We definitely hope to return in the future.
