This was a perfect place for a small reunion with my brother and as a base for our visit to the Western Antiques Air and Auto Museum.

Amazing location. Walkable to everything! Waterfront and all shops. Great hot tub. Communication a bit difficult (main Vacasa, then local team) but still responsive

The primary reason for renting this property over any other property was for the hot tub. We stayed 3 nights/4 days. Upon arrival on day 1 we checked the hot tub and it was cold. We immediately contacted the management company and were told that fresh water had just been added and it needed to heat up. By that evening it hadn’t heated up at all. Day 2 the hot tub was still cold. We communicated with the property management company all day and were given the run around. At the end of day 2 someone came to verify that we were telling the truth. She said she’d contact a maintenance person and request a refund/credit for us. We heard nothing from property management Al day on day 3 and the hot tub remained cold. As we were packing up and checking out on day 4 a maintenance person showed up and fixed it as we were leaving. He said the problem was a clogged filter (so not that fresh water had just been added). We never heard any more from management regarding the hot tub or the refund. We rented the property for the hot tub and didn’t get to use it at all. Had they listened to us on day 1 and sent someone out this all could have been avoided.

Great hot tub and firm, comfortable mattress. Easy to find location with great walkability to bars and restaurants. However, I was unable to park in the advertised parking space as another vehicle was blocking the driveway. Additionally, while the hot tub was very nice it was slightly uncomfortable as whoever was staying in the other available unit (unsure on if another renter or the owner) stood in the window facing the hot tub for the majority of the time I was in it giving the distinct impression that I was being watched. Furthermore, I found the cleaning fee to be a but steep and feel like some sort of "refundable deposit" would have been more appropriate. Overall, I enjoyed the property and my stay but for a maximum of an 18 hour stay it seemed a bit pricey after all the fees and service charges were added on. My end total was about 4x the listed "price per night", which seems a little odd to me.

Pros: spacious living room and kitchen + very comfortable firm mattresses + quiet considering you’re on a main street + convenient location. Cons: no curtains or shades on front door or kitchen windows + brown stains on two of the white bath towels (yuk!) + it was hot when we stayed and AC wasn’t working when we arrived. On second night it got really hot and had to call to get the pass code to another unit because the circuit breaker panel was in the other unit!! Total clown act. Owner needs to fix this and I’d like a partial refund for my troubles.

The location is amazing, super central. Also, customer service was great, our door code was incorrect and they helped troubleshoot, and they came to service the dirty/low water hot tub very quickly. The pictures do make the place look was nicer than it it. It’s clearly a “rental,” and just not as clean/polished as I expected. Also pretty noisy, had some issues with upstairs noise while trying to sleep. Overall it’s a solid economical option jn a great location but if you want something more elevated I would look elsewhere.

Very comfortable furniture. I slept super well! The lamp in the living area is wonderful, and I enjoyed the hot tub in the backyard. The location is right downtown, with many accessible restaurants and coffee shops.
