Positives: Location was perfect. Well stocked with all needs (except hairdryer). Peaceful front porch. Vacasa is we great to communicate with. Negatives: Could use a little sprucing up, sofas were dingy, walls banged up, hardly any art on stark white walls, one entire bedroom was locked off (which we didn’t need anyway but would’ve been nice to have option to use).

Great location and the walk to the beach was not bad. The house provided everything our family needed for a great family vacation.

The location was perfect - walkable to beach, pool, lake, food options. Charming neighborhood with all the perks. Beautiful home - perfect size for two families or one large family. Would definitely recommend!

Everything we needed ... peace and quiet yet close enough to all the fun things

We loved this house. The location was perfect — a quick walk to seaside or watercolor. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We have two small children and really appreciated that the front porch was gated. We hope to stay here again!

This rental has some great things going for it and some that could be improved. Pros: great location in watercolor. It’s close to the back entrance to seaside, so you can easily walk or bike there. It’s in a great location within watercolor as well. There was construction in front and back of us, which was frustrating, but that can be the case for any house you rent. It just happened to be the case when we were there. We were able to check in early, which was a huge help and plus to our trip. It’s also clean! And like any house in watercolor, it is beautiful. Cons: the lighting is pretty bad/harsh. Bright white lights everywhere with dimmers thaf didn’t work. Only lamps in the main two masters. If the company would just get some warm lighting in the house, i.e. living room, it would change the experience in a big way. *There is some art on the walls in the living room walls, but none in the bedrooms. The bright white bare walls with the harsh white lights was not a good combination. *there were no blankets on the beds. We had to request them and Vacasa brought them the next day, but that was frustrating. The pics of the bedding were not accurate. *there are no curtain rods or curtains. There are blinds, but those still let in light in the mornings, just fyi. Another detail that, if provided, could have brought warmth to the home. *there were no house instructions, only instructions for the water color community. *there was no furniture on the back porch and the couch on the front porch was stained. Overall this property was ok, but it feels like the company has done the bare minimum in comparison to other watercolor houses I have stayed in or seen. It is not a very homey vibe, but if they changed the lighting, added lamps, blankets, and curtains, it would be amazing!

The property and location are perfect. Close to beach, Camp Watercolor and town center. Well maintained. My only suggestion is that the property could use dressers in the bedrooms.

The house was perfect, just as pictured, and the amenities in Watercolor are amazing. Couldn’t recommend this house more! Will definitely be back.

Wonderful home with even better customer service.

The home was beautiful and the neighborhood was quiet. Wristbands were on dining table when we arrived, and bicycles were in great shape.

Beautiful home in great location. We could easily walk to the beach and shops in WC and Seaside. Loved it!

We absolutely loved this property! It was spotless upon our arrival, with an easy check-in process, and the photos were spot-on. Comfy beds, giant bathrooms, and a well-outfitted kitchen. The hallway bunks are super fun! (We only had 4 adults, ranging in age from 40-70, and we definitely used the bunks for fun!) We were pleasantly surprised to find that bikes are included with the property for no extra cost; our wristbands for the resort amenities were waiting for us on the kitchen counter. All the resort amenities are within walking distance; our favorite was the Boat House pool, though family liked the "main" three pools at Watercolor proper better. Take advantage of breakfast on the porch and evening grilling! We will absolutely be back, no question. Even the little shopping avenue at the resort was great - and, again, within easy walking distance. Great value as well -- after a few days at the home on our own, we moved to the hotel property to join-up with more family. Without one iota of doubt, the home is the way to go! Less per night at quite a few of the homes than per night at the hotel, plus, you know, access to an entire house. Truly a gem of a property! Pro tip: If you've got older adults or littles, renting a golf cart is worth the expense. While the grocery store and the like are close enough to walk/bike, if you actually buy anything you need to bring "home" and are without a car, Ubers/Lyft/etc aren't really available. We had to wait 30 minutes at the grocery store to get an Uber and it was only sheer luck that the driver happened to be on his way home. You'll also need to book your return travel to the airport far in advance using a taxi service - ride-shares doesn't even have drivers available for a scheduled pick-up. All in all, we loved the home and its location within the larger Watercolor development!
