The house was great and very clean. However, it was advertised as having two working hot tubs, which was a big selling point for us, but upon our arrival neither one worked (error codes). We called Vacasa 5 separate days to see if someone could come out and troubleshoot it, but no one ever came.

The house was great with plenty of room for a large and growing family and very kept up. The pool was a nice size and was enjoyed by all. The housekeeping was very disappointing. Bed spreads needed washed because of a bad odor. Showers had mold build up especially in the tracks and corners of shower doors. Refrigerator had areas that hadn’t been cleaned in a while. I had to hand mop the floor because it felt like I was walking on dirt. Ceiling fan had a thick layer of dust. Grill had last tenants’ onions left behind. Cigarette butts left on deck floor. Area rug was filthy. We vacuumed up a 1/2 a canister of sand. Kitchen trash can had slime at the bottom with a bad smell that was suffocating.

We loved this house! So much room, clean, quiet, fully stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again!

House was great and meet all our needs for 9 adults and 6 kids. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you could need (plus 2 bbq grills). Pool and hot tubs were wonderful. Lots of games, card/poker chips and chess/checker table. About a 10 min walk to get over the dune, so bring a wagon for your beach stuff. Outside shower was great. Would stay again for sure!

Kitchen stocked, rooms ok. Cleaning between guests- 3 out of 5. Don’t rent unless you like pet friendly house.

House was very nice. We were able to get in early which was very nice. But the house was not cleaned well at all. Large piles of dirty towels and linens in one bathroom. Dirty toilets. Floors not cleaned well at all. Hose in pool left on. Called and texted numerous times. Was always told someone from operations would be calling shortly. No call ever came. Text finally said someone would be stopping by. The only thing to happen was the black linen tubs were either picked up or placed under the car port. No one ever came to pick up dirty towels. Floors are supposed to cleaned by previous tenants but these were still pretty dirty. Toilet was disgusting. Shower was clogged. Had to buy a snake and use a plunger to get out a very large hair clog. Was told to just turn off pool hose and put away. Not what We were expecting for the price we paid for the house for a week. Never had issues with Outer Beaches. Vacasa has definitely not continued the great service like Outer Beaches had before. We won’t be back.

Loved how big the living room/kitchen area was. Kitchen was well stocked. Pool and Hot tub were wonderful. When paying for a cleaning service, you would expect basic cleaning of like counter tops, microwaves, chairs and floors would be done. They were not.

The house itself was great. Well stocked, everything we could think of for cooking/grilling, lots is space to spread out, etc. The one complaint was the cleanliness when we arrived. There was quite a bit of leftover toys, empty beverage containers, etc around the inside and outside of the house and the overall cleanliness was spotty. Some rooms looked great, others needed vacuuming or some other cleaning. It was manageable but disappointing to deal with upon arrival.
