We had a wonderful week at this cottage. I can't say enough about our stay, except I want to, so it won't be hard to rent next year. :)
It was very, very clean and was charmingly decorated. While we had a bit of a learning curve with the TV, the owners were gracious enough to drive up and bail us out of our confusion. Comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Convenient kitchen with everything we needed and more. Even though the weather didn't cooperate, with its overcast skies and rain preventing enjoyment of the pools, that's Maine. It happens. There was so much else to do, it didn't matter. We're readers, bringing sack loads of books to choose from. If I suggested anything, it would be reading lamps. I doubt most people come to read, however. Thanks so much, Lisa and Sephano

Immaculately kept property. Well stocked, including a cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels. We absolutely loved the way the cottage was decorated. I told Lisa we had to find the table they put the coffee station on. All the choices they made created a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Everything about it was perfection. Great location too. We absolutely loved it!

We were extremely pleased with the cottage as it was exactly as the owner described it. The location was perfect with easy access to the beaches and restaurants. We were able to cook and bake in the kitchen which was fully equipped and we loved the glass containers for leftovers.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, very clean and very well equipped cottage. We felt like home. We took advantage of the terrace and the BBQ. What about the 2 superb swimming pools which are a few minutes walk from the cottage. Great location between Old Orchard and Ogunquit

My family and I went to Maine for our first time. The cottage we stayed at was lovely; it was beautifully decorated, clean and had all of the amenities to make it feel like home. We especially loved the open floor plan and how beachy it felt. We also enjoyed the pool and the clubhouse. Lisa and Stefano were very attentive and took care of a concern that came up right away. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I highly recommend and hope we can return someday!

We had such a relaxing vacation in Lisa and Stefano’s lovely cottage. They thought of pretty much everything when they equipped and decorated the home. Plenty of good quality pots & pans, dishes, bowls, knives, beach/pool stuff and more. It was very clean, (I’m a fanatic about that), nicely decorated, and the bed was comfy. We felt right at home the minute we walked in.
We used the patio quite a bit to just sit and read or have a meal. There’s a grill, the table comes with a nice umbrella for shade, and the chairs are comfortable.
The cottage is also in the perfect location to get to beaches (Biddeford Pool is our fave), excellent restaurants (you must try 50 Local in Kennebunk), and shopping.
We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return to this special place.

For over a decade my parents and I have been vacationing all over southern Maine. Last year was our first time staying in the Cape Arundel Cottage Preserve and we really liked the community so we were excited to find this house to stay in this year. The house felt spacious and was beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds and furniture, and we really enjoyed using the fireplace on the cooler nights. Everything that we could have possibly needed was provided. We really love staying in this community -it's peaceful and everyone is super friendly. It's a great location, about 15 minutes from Goose Rocks Beach and a great location to get to the other towns.

My wife and I found this place by chance when searching Vrbo for a place to stay in Maine. When we arrived, we were taken away by the cleanliness of the cottage, but also the entire area. The cottage is beautiful and set in the perfect location.
We were able to travel up to Portland, Old Orchard Beach, Portsmouth, and Ogunquit Beach with ease. It's only about an hour and a half from Boston Airport and right outside of Kennebunkport.
Overall, I would highly recommend this location for anyone. This would include small families or couples alike. Lisa was great with communication and was always making sure everything was good to our liking. She had a high chair and pack and play already setup for us when we arrived, which made everything so easy.
10/10 for a place to stay in Maine!!!

Pictures do not do it justice! Bathrooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The clubhouse is very nice and we used the game room every evening. The grand kiddos loved the board games and the kitchen has everything you could ever need.

We stayed for a week (4 adults) and was truly impressed with the home. Was very clean, beds were comfortable and living area spacious. It was just like having a home away from home! We felt very comfortable there. And the community place was very fun with the pool and games. Location is great too! Easy to get to surrounding towns and beaches. The only down side was no light above the dining table which made it hard to see when playing cards or games in the late evening hours. Will come back again!! Will definitely share with friends and family!!! Thanks for a great stay!!

Condo was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed and more!! Lisa was a great host, quick to respond to all our questions. We could not have asked for a better place to rest and relax after our daily adventures. Loved nearby beaches, golfing, walking the marginal way , game nights and yummy Kennebunkport restaurants! Ready to book again...

We had a wonderful time at Cape Arundel, the house was wonderful, new and very, very clean! We had all we needed at the property and more, we enjoyed time at the clubhouse, at the 2 pools and on the back patio at the house for a nice bbq. You will not be disappointed, hosts are very quick to respond, overall amazing vacation!

This was one of the nicest rentals i have ever rented. Clean, new, in style and over all comfortable. Exceptional over all. More than all the comforts of home. I was close to all ammenities, beaches and sights. But a little off the heavy traveled roads. The grounds and the people at the Preserve were absolutely delightful. I had planned on going to beaches everyday. But i opted to sleep in later everyday and took advantage of the pools and the premises. It was ALL more than my expectations. We enjoyed our stay hope to be back. Thank you for everything

Wonderfully Accommodating Condo
My family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The property and community is well-maintained with a fully equipped kitchen, grill, patio table, pool, and clubhouse. The condo is easily accessed and is close (within 20 minutes) to many sights, including whale watching tours, beaches, mini golf, and amusement parks. I would highly recommend this condo, and I hope we can stay again!

Amazing place to stay
We loved staying here. The cottage is super clean & the property is so nice. We enjoyed the pool each day & walked the neighborhood each evening. It was quiet and also close to many towns for daily adventures. These hosts have really gone above & beyond to make the guests feel like they are at home. Thank you so much for having us. Maine is a beautiful state to experience.
