Easy and comfortable house with recent upgrades. Loved the outdoor space and games. Great beds. Good location to get to coast and into Napa and Sonoma. We went for a relaxing trip and mission accomplished!

Very well stocked kitchen. Perfect place for our family of 6. The outdoor space was incredible.

We wanted a Bay Area getaway for family time and dog play. The outdoor games, pool table, foosball, and more, were easy to use even though we ended up with 2 full days of rain. Our dog had a great time in the large fenced in back yard. We could see Six Flags roller coaster from the back yard, and the rest of the view was fantastic. The hot tub was nice in the cold evenings. We even got a surprise when our daughter found a working Xbox in one of the bedrooms. Roy and/or Joselyn were very responsive and helpful throughout our arrival and stay. Roy also suggested an excellent Mexican restaurant, Los Molcajetes. Even the next door neighbors were friendly.

Roy and Joyce were very prompt in responding to my questions and were very accommodating to time adjustments. The house had plenty of room for our 7 guests and we felt quite safe and private. My partner and I have talked about coming back to stay in this same location again for family gatherings.

We absolutely loved this property. The hosts were wonderful and the property was clean and beautiful. I would recommend to anyone!!

Roy & Joselyn keep a beautiful property! The location was wonderful and the views were stunning. We were able to hold Thanksgiving dinner with our family that lives locally in a lovely setting that was comfortable and accommodating. The kitchen and front bathroom were our favorite parts of the house, not to mention the comfy living room with the fireplace and TV. The perfect spot for relaxing and playing games after a big meal. We had an amazing time and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you!

Our stay was nothing short of incredible! Roy kept in close contact and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Checking in was so easy and the house is AWESOME! The view of the neighborhood and outdoor activities made our experience and weekend there a true 5 star experience!

Property was very clean and comfortable. The location is great for the price. Lots of things to use on the property (hot tub, games, weights, pool table) which we unfortunately didn’t have time time to utilize. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything about our stay was top notch! I can't say enough about the way the host communicated, the accommodations he made on our behalf with adding people, potentially changing dates, etc. When we arrived the house was even more gorgeous than the photos described. The actual living area is beautiful and expansive, it looks like a model home. The yard is huge with games and toys you could play with, outdoor seating, and gorgeous views. If we're ever in the area or if anyone chooses to stay here, they won't regret it. Remodeled and a house I wish was mine!

Let me begin with the beautiful view from the backyard! I just loved going out and drinking my coffee in the mornings back there! So peaceful. The house is beyond amazing. Beds were very comfortable and the whole house was very clean. Communication was great Roy answered all my questions and they even left magazines and brochures that helped us plan some of our days in San Francisco. Would highly recommend if you are thinking of spending some days in Napa Valley and others in San Francisco. This beautiful home sits pretty much in the middle of the two. Will definitely look to see if the house is available if we head that way again.

Our host was incredible and communicated thoroughly. The house was perfect for our stay, great yard, lots of space, clean with beautiful view. It was my husband, myself, my daughter and grandson. We had such a good time. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for a family get away.

We had 5 adults and children 17, 15 and 8 for our three night stay. The oldest teen boy slept on the main lounge with everyone else having a bed or divan in the bedrooms. This worked for us. The kitchen and eating areas are a good size, but the thing we loved the most was the house backyard area. The boys had plenty of space to kick a ball on the flat yard that was a mixture of concrete and large grass inserts. The garden edging was well maintained and it was great to sit out looking at the view, in a sofa around gas fireplace, or play on the pool table or several other games. There was gym equipment also that we didn’t use. We spent a lot of time outside. Other pluses were a supermarket was 5 minutes away and Vallejo ferry terminal with plenty of parking only 10 minutes away. We had a great stay.

We came here to meet up with some friends who have recently moved to California. The property was the perfect location for trips to the city or to wine country. We enjoyed our time here and really rookie advantage of the outdoor space.

Roy thank you for being so responsive and for making us feel extra special with all the extra perks from the moment we walked in the home to find fresh flowers, a bucket filled with treats, a jar filled with Oreo cookies (yum) two bottles of wine and other extras in the fridge in case we forgot something. The entire house was clean and comfortable. My entire family enjoyed the outdoor space so much. We loved the breathtaking views, especially in the morning and in the evenings. The garden/outdoors was perfect for my morning yoga. We enjoyed all of the games you equipped the house with, the giant jenga game, giant connect four, cornhole, a pool table, board games and a comfortable outdoor seating area where we enjoyed the fire pit and roasting marshmallows! I know the jacuzzi was not quite installed but I can only imagine how perfect it will be to enjoy a nice glass of wine while you sit in the jacuzzi tub, hopefully next time we come back. The area was quiet and we felt safe at all times. It was our perfect midway point to San Francisco and Napa. Everything was perfect Roy thank you, we cannot wait to come back and stay here again!
