We decided on a last minute weekend getaway and contacted the host within two days of the potential stay. Neil was very responsive and extremely generous in accommodating the short notice. The positive communication continued throughout the stay. The house is immaculate and sooooo cozy! It doesn’t feel like a rental; it feels like home. The neighborhood was nice with a small park nearby, which was helpful for our dogs. I highly recommend this house and its hosts. We were even surprised with a delivery of donuts! Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend!

I was here with three adults and our pup for our visit. This house was super cozy, less than 1 mile from a grocery store and super convenient for us. The beds were comfy. The house was CLEAN. The neighborhood was great to walk the dog.
The living room was comfy. We cooked while we were there, so the oven & the microwave were great. They had wine glasses, a wine opener, and an ice maker that made enough ice for us.
We REALLY like the sun porch and the front porch for our pup to see the world.
The house gave a super cozy feel for us. We LOVED the double-sized bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. All the bedrooms are connected to the hall. The hot water was great and the pressure in the master shower was great, too!
The double parking and the street parking gave us enough room for everyone in our party. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

The Blue House met the expectations of the adults. The hosts earned high marks for having Dunkin Donuts delivered Thanksgiving morning.
Having never been to OC and accustomed to rentals on the coast of South Carolina; we found the homes in this area to be exceptionally close together. Since it was November with cold weather and few visitors, this was not
a problem for us.

My wife and I just completed a 7-night off-season stay at the Blue House, and I honestly could not recommend it more highly. Located in a lovely, quiet neighborhood halfway between the ocean and bay, it is jam packed with amenities and exactly as described by the hosts. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the spacious kitchen was perfect for all of our needs. Everything from start to finish was effortless and seamless.
Though a working getaway at a non-traditional time of year, we were still able to enjoy several wonderful local restaurants and numerous hours on the beach with our pups. The house's location near the Delaware border made it especially ideal for us in terms of travel to Fenwick Island State Park.
Communication with the hosts was fantastic whenever necessary, and they were extraordinarily kind about the fact that one of our dogs did a little chewing on a throw pillow. The neighbors we encountered were extremely friendly, and we truly felt very much at home throughout our stay. We will absolutely return.

The house was exactly as described in the pictures. Located in a quiet neighborhood very close to the beach. The house was cozy and had everything we needed Neil and Elizabeth were very communicative and welcoming. We will definitely look to stay again in the future.

Our family had a lovely stay at the blue house. It’s very clean and well stocked for guests needs. The outdoor ping pong table and bikes were an nice added bonus for us. 😃
The best thing, though, was the responsiveness of the owners. We had a few small things that needed attention and they were on it immediately. I would definitely recommend this for others looking to stay in the area.

The house is impressively well equipped and nicely decorated, anything you need in a house you have it in this one. The owners went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, we brought our dogs and it was excellent, we will definitely consider it to stay there next year.

Our family loved our stay in OCMD. The property lived up to our expectations and was true to the VRBO listing. Neil and Elizabeth are wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and fun.

Clean and wonderful property just as advertised. The check in process was so easy. The open concept is best for your whole guests to gather. Bedrooms were clean and outside shower came in handy. Communication with property managers was seamless, thanks again for making us feel special. A bit of a drive to the boardwalk but short walk to the beach. My family and I really enjoyed the stay which included an infant and a dog.

we stayed at the Blue House for a family vacation. The set up was great with plenty of room for 4 adults and our dog and just a short walk to the beach, restaurants and other activities.
The house was well maintained and included a lot of great extra amenities like bicycles, a ping pong table, pickleball rackets and more. We would absolutely come back and stay here again.

My family (parents, spouse, and child) and I spent a wonderful week at the Blue House. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but everything else absolutely was perfect…comfortable family room, kitchen stocked with every tool or appliance you might need, plenty of sleeping space, indoor and outdoor showers, porches, and games. Many shops and restaurants are close by with an easy walk, while the house itself still is on a peaceful, quiet side street. The hosts were very friendly and solicitous. We had a terrific vacation and loved staying here. Definitely would consider booking again for next summer!

This was a great place in a quiet, well-kept neighborhood in north Ocean City. Exactly what we wanted. The kitchen is well stocked, with no "orphan" dishware, glassware, silverware, or beat-up cookware. The linens are provided, and the home is well-stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaners.
They don't skimp, and these simple additions make a huge difference.
Great restaurant recommendations; we ate at Liquid Assets and Hooked. We played mini putt one day at Lost Treasure Golf, which was the best we have been to and seen in O.C.

The Blue House was an adorable cottage that had everything a home away from home could have. It was easy to prepare meals there and accommodate 5 adults and a baby. Neil was an amazingly responsive host checking in daily to see if we needed anything. His restaurant recommendations were fantastic and we were never disappointed. We highly recommend the Blue House for your Ocean City stay.

A true gem of a place in a bustling OC
The place has exceeded our expectations (and we are used to nice rentals and hotels :) First, the location is simply perfect - it is a short and pleasant walk to the beach, while also peaceful and quiet, in a lovely and friendly neighborhood. There are restaurants and minigolf and other fun things for kids within walking distance. The house itself is great - very clean, tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, the kitchen is fully equipped and with modern appliances. We also appreciated the use of the beach chairs and trolley (all in excellent condition) and would have definitely used the bikes had our kids been older. Outdoor shower is also a very convenient feature when coming in from a sandy beach. The host was amazing - helpful and very responsive, clear instructions for things around the house, nice suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the area. Overall, a truly great find! We are 100% coming back and I feel like we found "our place" for any future trips to Ocean City.

Great experience at OC with the rental house
Our stay was made to be like a home away from home . We instantly felt comfortable , Neil reach out right away after booking to help with the process of check in , and he checked in on us while on the stay to make sure we had all we needed. We would recommend this to any small or large group. The master is large enough that it doesn’t feel like a condo and the living, dining, kitchen , breakfast bar area easily sat over 20 for get togethers for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Neighborhood is quite but 1/2 mile from anything you need. The walk to 5 guys burgers was 6 minutes by foot. It was a great all around rental experience. They even shipped me something I left behind. Thanks the Zander family.
