A beautifully appointed, comfortable home conveniently located to beaches, restaurants and activities and our California family. We walked to beach and breakfast everyday. Wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces to sit and relax or play games. We travelled with our adult children and hope to come back next year.

We had a nice stay in Solana Beach. The house was clean and in a quiet neighborhood next to Del Mar racetrack. The Italian court yard was very relaxing as as the main showers! Kitchen could use a bit more supplies otherwise a nice stay.

Good location in Solana Beach with the ocean, restaurants within walking distance. Also within walking is an active dog beach park on the ocean. Easy drive to and from airport. Bed situation is fine. Kitchen is updated and has nic views of backyard. Quiet neighborhood. Amazing hilly walk to see the sunset just past St. Andrews school and church. Very clean. Huge TV in great room. Nice furnishings that match the architect of the home of American craftsman.

We could not have been happier with the house. Was beautiful inside and felt much larger than it’s square footage. Very nicely appointed home. And loved its proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Beautiful and elegant craftsman style home. All rooms nicely furnished and comfortable. Practical floorplan. We enjoyed outdoor dining in the backyard patio. It has a nice wooden table with umbrella and a BBQ grill nearby. The hillside in the back protects the house from coast winds that can be a little cold in the evening. The location is excellent with easy access to beaches, shopping centers, restaurants and the Del Mar Fairgrounds. We would definitely recommend!
