Bob and Sue’s place was PERFECT for our Homecoming weekend with two of our college kids. Loved the layout - space for everyone! And the view? Even on a very rainy weekend, the view of the marina from the main living area cannot be beat. The skies cooperated enough one evening to provide a gorgeous sunset.
Sue and Bob were wonderful to work with! Had an issue with TV connecting to the internet, and they got right on it and had it fixed by kickoff time (Couldn’t miss ND vs USC football!). Family snuggled up on that big, comfy sectional on a stormy evening is my kind of night!

Located very closely to the Grand Haven social district we were able to walk to restaurants and breweries in a matter of minutes. The space is great with 3 functional levels, and very comfortable beds. We were also very thankful to see all the baby supplies (high chair, baby gates, etc) as we had our 15mo with us. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next trip to GH.

What a clean, well stocked, perfectly located condo! All you need to bring are your clothes and toothbrush. Everything you could ever need is there. It was really nice to have beach chairs, towels, and toys there and not have to pack those. Everything is within walking distance and we only needed to drive to go to the beach. A splash pad is right across the street and restaurants and shops were only a couple minute walk. You can watch the musical fountain from your balcony, but you'll be watching through a tree. Communicating with the property owner was very easy and fast! We really enjoyed staying here for our first time in Grand Haven.

Sue was very responsive. Condo had everything needed for family stay with little ones. Kitchen was stocked with all things needed and extras. Took away stress of traveling with two kids 2 and under. They take care that you feel at home when staying.

We loved this condo! The kids have told us this is their favorite vacation ever. Sue responds immediately to any issues or questions. They go above and beyond. The condo is also beautifully decorated. I love being able to see the boats on the water from the patio. They also provided stuff we didn’t even realize. The sand toys, beach wagon, beach chairs etc made our lives so much easier. They even provided a sound machine! I also loved the pillows and the bedding. We appreciated the use of unscented detergent as we are allergic to all of the scented stuff. Thank you for providing this property to us!!

Loved this rental. Nicely kept and all of the extra amenities you could ask for! Pleasing decor, comfortable bedding and plenty of space for kids to spread out. Wonderful communication from the owners. Would definitely stay at this property again.

We enjoyed this rental. It was close to the beach and harbor. Everything we wanted to do/see was walkable and convenient. The condo was clean, well stocked with basics and nicely decorated. I recommend this condo!

This condo is beautiful and very close to downtown Grand Haven. Once we parked, we walked almost everywhere from here. It was very clean with nice amenities and owners were quick to respond to any messages. We would stay here again.

We came to Grand Haven to celebrate our anniversary weekend. Bob and Sue communicated in a very timely manner and provided a nice list of places to visit while we were there. By far the cleanest and most furnished Vrbo we have stayed in, they have everything you can think of to make it feel like you're at home. The location couldn't get better as you are right next to all the nice shops and restaurants. We would recommend staying here time and time again. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay.

We came for our anniversary to get away and relax and this place was perfect. It is centrally located to various restaurants and shops and was exceptionally clean and organized. The host was very helpful when our plans changed slightly and had a lot of knowledge of the surrounding areas.

We really enjoyed the apartment and the location was perfect. We were walking distance to everything in town. The apartment was great, well stocked for everything you’d need and very cozy. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a mother daughter weekend that was so memorable! The condo is a short walk to shopping and an even shorter drive to fabulous dining views at Notos. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen for meal prep. We would stay again for sure!

First time in Grand Haven and we will definitely be staying here again when we return the next time. Easy access to just about anything you would need to see or visit in Grand Haven, including walking distance to all the food spots and the pier/harbor area. We walked everywhere with younger children and it was easy to swing back by the residence if we needed a break. Also, a great view from the porch for the evening water light show!

Bob and Sue’s place was perfect for our Western Michigan adventure. Not only was this home perfectly situated in Grand Haven, it was centrally located for our day trips up and down the coast of Lake Michigan. We were blessed with beautiful weather so many walks were had on Grand Haven’s generous board walk. From our perfect home-for-a-week we enjoyed all the restaurants and shopping Grand Haven offered. Nightly, we enjoyed the fountain light show from our deck. We really could not have asked for anything more. Thank you Sue and Bob. And I haven’t begun to describe how chic, comfortable, and clean their place was. We highly recommend this jewel to everyone. What’s more, we will return! Everything we wanted and more was provided for us.

Such a wonderful property! We were continually impressed by every thoughtful detail throughout this beautifully decorated gem of a condo in fabulous Grand Haven. Location is perfect, close to everything in downtown GH, this condo has everything you will need for an amazing stay. Cleanest VRBO we've stayed in (and we've stayed in many). Plus, Sue & Bob have stocked it with everything you could imagine needing, and more!
High standards of cleanliness & comfort, excellent communication, accommodating owners, great & safe location = very highly recommend! We hope to book again!

My family had a lovely stay here in Grand Haven! The townhouse is in a great location, wakable to downtown shops and restaurants and a short drive to the beach. It was very nice, thoughtfully decorated, clean and very comfortable. It was a perfect space for my family (2 adults, 2 kids), with plenty of room to spread out. The games, beach toys and beach chairs were so nice to have and saved us from having to pack and travel with our own. Thank you for a great stay!

This place is beautiful and walkable/bikeable to the beach. It has a garage to store beach stuff and had plenty of room for our party of 6.
We watched the fountains from the balcony every night.
We would stay here again and that is huge. We hardly ever stay at the same place twice.

We enjoyed the property very much! First trip to Michigan and Grand Haven was a perfect spot for our family of 4. The location makes visiting the beach or eating and shopping down town very easy. There are lots of places to eat and shop near the condo.
The condo has plenty of kitchen ware and pantry space. The beds were very comfortable, plenty of clean sheets and extra blankets. The main bathroom has plenty of fresh towels and hotel style shampoo and conditioner.
Big thumbs up in the beach stuff! Lots of good towels and wagon and chairs in great shape.
The only con is we wished there was a second shower in the property to make getting ready to go out a little faster.
Propert owners are very responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great experience!

A Relaxing Family Vacation
A lovely place with all the comforts of home.. very well equipped & very clean. The location is great.. plenty of food, shopping and scenery within walking distance. The beach at Grand Haven State Park is a short drive, about a mile up the road, could be walkable unless you have kids and lots of stuff in tow like we did. If you're visting from out of state and plan to visit the nearby beach, be prepared to purchase a daily or annual park permit since it's a state park. If you plan to go to the beach more than 3 days, the annual permit is the way to go. You also have a view of the musical fountain right from the deck, the show starts at 10pm sharp. Our kids lived it! The condo community seems to be mostly residents so it's very quiet. This was our first time vacationing in Michigan and we'll definitely be back!

Great getaway spot
The condo was in a perfect location to the downtown, the river and the beach. The owners were especially thoughtful and made sure that everything we could ever need was available including beach chairs, towels and a rolling cooler. The kitchen was also fully stocked with all sorts of wonderful gadgets!

Great Views!
My husband and I enjoyed a lovely week in this condo. The kitchen was VERY well stocked, there were tons of extra towels, beach chairs and a even a wagon for hauling stuff to the beach. The king bed was super comfy and the big living room couch was clean and nap-worthy (a rare find in a rental!). The porch provided a great view of the channel, musical fountain and 4th of July fireworks. The property owner, Sue, was helpful and keeps a top notch rental. I highly recommend this to a small family or couple visiting the area.

Perfect summer escape!
Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your home at 144 N Harbor! It was immaculate, decor was on point (beach style), linens were fresh and beds made, plenty of towels and extra pillows if needed. The balcony floor was quickly our favorite spot to hang out…weather was so nice we just enjoyed the tables and views! Watched the fountains and also a barge come through! The home was fully equipped w/ necessities and the boys loved the “man cave” in the basement. Easy access to shopping on Washington street and even used the wagon for the beach one day! Only struggle we had was figuring out the shower temperature and regulating the Nest thermostat (previous renter must have set it to 74 over night so we woke up in a sweat the first night! Lol. Easily remedied though. 5-stars all these way!!

Well stocked and clean condo in walking distance to downtown and waterfront with night time views of the Musical Fountain. Thoughtful items including stroller, high chair, kids toys and books and kids kitchen items.

Loved the walking proximity to downtown, with coffee shops, restaurants, and stores to enjoy and the waterfront to take in. Would highly recommend and when back in town will look to stay again as Sue was fantastic to work with.
