Perfect location for attending a wedding at the Castle at Skylands. Because the wedding was an evening event I didn’t want to drive home in case of bad weather. This place fit the bill. We only fixed breakfast . The microwave didn’t work but we didn’t need it. One recommendation change the lockbox key to electronic . It rained hard that night . There was a lot of standing water in the yard.

Dirty, filthy house. This house isnt fit to rent. Cobwebs and spiders and crickets found in house. Towels, washcloths were thin and used and should be replaced. Appliances were all dirty and unuseable. Outdoor porch and deck furniture was covered in mold and mildew....dust and dirt covered the hardwood floors and in corners behind the door..kitchen utensils had leftovers food on them....wanted to cook our meals and eat in but that wasn't possible. Window covering was lacking, did not have full coverage. Basement wasn't fully finished so that bedroom was creepy and guest refused to sleep in basement. Animal dander so bad, one guest had to seek medication...

We stayed here to attend a family funeral. So while it was a quiet time for us, this home provided all the creature comforts and made our stay so restful and wonderful during a stressful time.

The property was exactly as it was described! Hosted 4-6 adults and a few kids for a magical family weekend. Despite that it rained from start to finish and we couldn’t use deck or fire pit, it was still great! Quiet and cozy! Like other reviews, fridge condiments and spices were a plus.

Nicely appointed house, especially the kitchen. Easy to find and entry was simple. Other than preparing dinner and eating inside, we spent the rest of the time around the fire pit talking, laughing, and listening to music. We were a group of 4 older women and Harry the dirty dog. We had a lovely time.

The property was just as listed. The house was warm and welcoming upon arrival. There were staples already in the home for a quick bite or cup of coffee. Check out instructions were simple. We enjoyed the outdoor spaces and the serenity of the area.

This spot was perfect for our family of four. It had all of the kitchen items we needed and the owner even had several condiments and spices on hand, as well as shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the showers. There were 4 bed totals, as well an air mattress if needed. It was too cold to be outside much, but the firepit area was so inviting. We loved the cozy sitting area and the basement family room. We will definitely stay again next time we are in the area and maybe even during the warmer months to enjoy more of the outside amenities. Highly recommended!

We enjoyed our stay here in Ringwood. Celebrated my daughter's 26th birthday. The house was exactly as described. Actually even better. Very comfortable. Thank you!

we had a great time here. a very comfortable nicely decorated house in Ringwood. the house is exactly as shown in photos. beds are very comfortable. well stocked kitchen. fire pit and hammock and deck. near great restaurants and hiking. 30 min drive to wayne and montclair state university. .

My friends and I had an absolute great time at this property. The house is exactly how it looks in the pictures and it always felt “homey” which is something a lot of properties don’t do. The bugs were only a problem whenever we decided to leave the home briefly. The only suggestion I have is to install more lights in the driveway because it gets pitch black at night but other than that no complaints.
