The location is right off 192 and convenient to food, shopping and the parks.
Due to flights, my stay ended up starting a day late and lasting a day longer, and the Evolve customer service gave me no issues adjusting my stay dates with no extra charge. That is customer service done right!

The home and location was great but there was not replacements for anything. There were instructions to wash the dishes, towels, and change the trash but there was not dish soap, dishwasher pods, and only 1 trash bag. The tv remotes also did not have working batteries. We were there a week and had to buy dish soap, batteries for the remotes, and laundry detergent. The grill outside was full of gunk and we couldn’t use it. The outside table was wobbly and we had to prop it up with a rock to eat outside. Everything else was fine. The neighbors were great and quiet.

When we arrived to the VRBO and went inside the first thing we noticed was a strong perfume/incense smell. As we made our way up the stairs to the bedrooms we noticed many stains on the carpet. We also noticed what looked like mold around the A/C vents. The master bedroom sliding door did not lock and remained open which was a safety hazard as we had small children with us. There were dead spiders on the king comforter in the master, more stains on the carpets. We were there a total of 15 minutes before contacting the property manager and leaving. I am not one to ever write bad reviews but I felt it necessary as this was nothing like the listing so I wanted future people to get a true representation

Our townhouse was really nice. One thing that would help would have a few more things in the kitchen. There was no pot holders, pizza cutter, big pot for pasta and a scissors. Loved the friendly people at the pool. Nice sidewalks for walking. There is no hot tub like the ad said and the pool could be warmer. Not sure if the heater was working. There is a lot of things to do in the area. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed at this location 7 nights. It was a very convenient location. Easy communication with owner. Very cozy place. The whole family enjoyed the stay.

We had a wonderful time. Villa was clean and well stocked. The pool was the kids best part. Owners responded quickly to any concerns we had. I will definitely be back.

Cozy Kissimmee Townhome was exactly that, very cozy! Enjoyed our stay as it provided everything we needed. It was in a great neighborhood and a perfect location. Access to stores and restaurants were short trips. Great area, great location - will rent again!

excelente, confort y ubicacion, cerca de los parques, barrio cerrado con seguridad y mucha tranquilidad. Muy equipado el departamento , excelentes terminaciones, y detalles. Las camas super comodas y grandes, volveremos!!!!!! sin dudas
