Perfect getaway home. The home is situated on the river and has a beautiful view. Tranquil mornings and evenings were enjoyed. Convenient to town and easily accessible. Property managers were quick to respond to questions and needs. They have stocked this home for everyone’s needs. This is a must stay if you are looking in the area. We will be back!!

House was great! Everything we needed and more. Loved the riverfront property and beautiful countryside. Perfect location for us to spend time at the casino, Helen Ga., Bryson City, Blue Ridge Ga. It was a great fall vacation!

Friends and Family from the Eastern part of NC got together at this BEAUTIFUL location for Labor Day weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed the R&R sitting by the river. Great accommodations, decor extraordinary, and thanks for all amenities and supplies for an extended weekend. Will definitely visit again, and recommend this property to any and everyone! Great place for a family to enjoy and relax alongside the Hiawassee River. Great location, within a short drive you could be in Blueridge or Helen. Property is in a gated community which gives that extra peace of mind. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful place to stay. Very peaceful. I wish we would have brought inflatables to float down the river on. The host was great and got back to us without delay when we had questions

Everything was great. Only thing to work on is the streaming on the tv kept cutting out. That was annoying. WiFi worked fine. House was great, location great.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The location was perfect for getting to town and the great hiking spots around Murphy and Andrews. The house was fully stocked and the river view is gorgeous.

The property and everything about it was meticulously thought out and made the stay so remarkable. The home itself is gorgeous as is the setting of it. We traveled with my grandmother who stayed on the master on the main level. My in-laws stayed in one of the upstairs rooms and my husband and I stayed in the other large room upstairs. My young girls shared the loft bed, which they thought was such a sweet little space with books and a bean bag chair. We also have a baby that was able to sleep in the pack and play that was provided. Everything was a great experience. Only bit of feedback worth noting if traveling with young kids who sleep in a dark room (like our kids), is that the rooms are bright as the sun sets where the windows are. We used black trash bags over windows to help with the brightness. It wasn’t an issue at all, just thinking that tip may help a future traveler. Would absolutely stay here again and so appreciative of how wonderful it was.

The house was exactly as described. It was spotless and in a great location. Our daughter was getting married and we were
minutes from the venue. Wish we had more time to spend but was worth every minute.

Beautiful Mountain River Retreat
We had a wonderful visit! The location was great for the things we wanted to do (whitewater rafting, alpine coaster, waterfalls, and scenic train ride). Loved that the roads coming & going are all paved, and that restaurants and grocery stores are close. The home was very well appointed and clean. The river is beautiful & relaxing. Take a walk (or drive) through the community & watch all of the deer as they cross your path or graze nearby.
We will definitely look to stay again!!

I left a review previously concerning the yard and stairs. The owner reached out and explained the problems with the yard personnel not really understanding how they wanted to have the property kept and I should've left that comment from my review. I understand the frustrations with hiring a service and it not being as you expected. As for the stairs, once again the owner explained the difficulties with contractors not doing as they say in this supply constraint times we now live in. As I stated in the review the home is nicely decorated and furnished and is in a great location close to town, but away from the noise. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

This house was the perfect place for rest & relaxation; whether inside, on the porch or by the river! It is beautifully decorated. We enjoyed seeing deer, geese, and a bald eagle.

I left a review previously concerning the yard and stairs. The owner reached out and explained the problems with the yard personnel not really understanding how they wanted to have the property kept and I should've left that comment from my review. I understand the frustrations with hiring a service and it not being as you expected. Nice newly built home on the river...
This home is in a great location on the river and is nicely furnished and equipped, BUT when we checked in on Friday the yard was knee high in weeds and in the walk way to the side stairs. The chairs next to the river were not usable as the weeds/grass was as high as the backs of the chairs. The yard was finally mowed mid week and the clippings were just left everywhere. The home appears to be still under construction. The stair way going to the 2nd floor was unfinished 2x8's with paint all over them and construction debris was under the porches and along the side of the home. The home was nicely furnished and equipped, but it really needs to be finished before renting.

Great River House in the Mountains
Just wrapped up a wonderful stay here this weekend. This charming new construction home on the river made for a perfect mountain getaway! Just minutes from Main Street Murphy, NC, and the Harrah’s Casino property, but tucked away beside the peaceful mountainside and direct river frontage, this home provided the best of both worlds. Clean, bright and airy we were very happy with the property. Nice fixtures with some real world charm and only about 70 miles from the Chattanooga, TN airport. We had a great time and will be back!!
