Quiet with small view of lake

This place had everything we needed and was in a great location! The only issue we had was google maps couldn't find the house, thankfully my husband had done research on it's location prior to our drive there.
It had everything we needed and the host was very responsive and friendly! Would totally stay there again!

Lovely home and neighborhood. The apartment met our needs. Left some suggestions with the host on things to add in the kitchen which would make it easier for longer stays with more cooking. Originally booked because of the private park access to the lake but the neighbors had an issue with it so we couldn’t use it. Lulu gave us a discount to make up for it which we appreciated. Also she suggested to use O. O. Denny park to launch the kayaks and that worked out great. There really isn’t any outdoor space at the home so going to parks to get that worked.

The bottom floor of this large home is equipped with 2 large beds and a very nice bathroom. Full kitchen and dining area with modern appliances allow for a comfortable stay for those with families and like to cook at home. Lulu answered all our questions and was available immediately in person when we thought we had an issue with the toilet.
I would highly recommend staying at this property and won't hesitate to stay again in the future.

Beautiful, clean, spacious space tucked away in a lovely neighborhood with a glimpse of Lake Washington as well as access. Loved the tall ceilings and newly remodeled space!

We had a great time staying in the lower floor of this house. In 5 minutes or less you can walk down the hill to the small community beach and dock, with a picnic table and ladder to go into the water if you want to swim. The house is also 5 minute drive to O.O.Denny Park, a truly lovely grass covered park on the lake with beautiful old trees. From the park you can hike up into the forest on one of the very best of maintained trails. The ground floor unit at Lulu's is so clean and is equipped with the latest appliances. There is ample room to spread out in the living room / kitchen area with one of the two beds. And I especially loved the swimming! I swam every day a few times and Lake Washington is so clean and beautiful! We are so happy we stayed at Lulu's and we'd go back there in a minute! Lulu is very helpful too and she and her Mom were so kind to us. Highly recommended!

Secluded spot by the lake but minutes from town
This studio plus one bedroom is cozy and new. Nice linens, laundry, appliances and access to the lake is excellent. Driveway is super steep and made for some good cardio. Lulu is very responsive and always available.

It was a really nice and clean place to stay with a long private driveway. It was hard to find at night using google maps but that is due to the app getting confused. You just need to turn left onto Champaign point road and follow it around.
The unit was nice and had a Kurig for coffee and tea. There was a key to access a private area by the lake which was nice. Also there was a TV recently added.
My only suggestions are to include so normal coffee mugs. The only ones there were really large like bowls and to include more water bottles or a water dispenser. Highly recommend!
