Lovely place to stay! The hosts were welcoming and helpful. I had thought the location would be more remote, but that was an incorrect assumption on my part. Even though it’s pretty close to other houses and a busy road, my stay was still quiet and peaceful.

We had a great stay. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. They provide local food suggestions. Views are amazing. Cute little place that was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be back next spring! 5* all the way!

We loved being off Maple Lake it was so beautiful at night and in the morning!! Ducks swimming and walking up the shore was delightful 😊 The hut was adorable and definitely cozy ☺️ Recommend this place to everyone!!

I had the pleasure spending two nights with my favorite person in the world at the Cozy Quonset Hut. It was the perfect setting providing a peaceful and Serene get away experience. The only thing that could have been better is if we had two more nights. Five stars in every category. We will definitely consider a return trip.

This quiet, quirky property has a lot going for it. Location, location, location -- right on edge of a lake. First sounds in the morning -- birds singing, a duck quacking, a Canada goose honking; what fun! Very clean -- even the chairs on the back deck had been cleaned.

Place was perfect. I needed a place to warm up and sleep comfortably during a late season deer hunt. The house was super clean and had everything I needed. I even filled a couple tags while I was there.

Dona & David truly anticipate your every need. Maple Lake is picturesque. The town was perfectly located to the various locations we needed to drive to. This listing is a treasure you wont be disappointed. Thank you for the hospitality we will for sure be back.

Rental was exactly as advertised. All the comforts of home, away from home! We enjoyed our relaxing getaway sitting on the deck, watching all the waterfowl and exploring Paw Paw and a little of Southwest Michigan. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

Great experience, peaceful, relaxing site. View of lake is just the best. Well equipped, thoughtful amenities. Think anything that you could possibly need or want was provided.

Cutest little spot
I was drawn to the listing by the unusual cottage and it did not disappoint. The host thought of every little detail and the place is impeccably done. It was very hot the weekend we stayed but the back deck was shaded and the breeze from the lake made it a lovely place to lounge.

Additionally, Dona and David have provided a cozy, super clean environment for cooking, playing games, resting, and more. Quonset Hut is so comfortable and everything you could possibly need is provided from beach towels to kayaks to games and an extremely comfortable bed. We enjoyed meeting and talking to Dona, too! Pictures don’t do justice to how cute and well thought out the amenities are.

I was able to get out on the lake with my personal Kayak and had a great time. If you are looking for a comfortable spot to get away in can't recommend this place more and the hosts were incredibly hospitable. It was everything I was looking for. Tranquil, quiet and calm. The rental was cozy and comfortable. The view of the lake was beautiful. I was able to get out on the lake with my personal Kayak and had a great time. If you are looking for a comfortable spot to get away in can't recommend this place more and the hosts were incredibly hospitable. I have recommended it to friends and family and will definitely be back.
