This is our second year staying at this wonderful home with our family and it just gets better each time. The home was clean and spacious. We had 8 adults and 4 children this year and had a blast. The weather was cold but the pool was nice and toasty. We enjoyed the local restaurants and shopping as well as the new Duplin Winery. Definitely will be recommending it to friends and family. Thanks for a great time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was conveniently located within walking distance from the beach. The pool was heated which was a plus. Definitely will book again.

Property is located in a great area with easy accessibility to anywhere or anything you need to get to. From pier park, to the beach, bars, and other local attractions.

We had 6 adults and 5 kids here for a summer vacation and it was such a wonderful spot! The kids room and extra living space upstairs was the perfect space for the kids to hang and sleep. We had so much room for everyone and all of our stuff. The pool outside was also perfect. The location of this house was wonderful, although not directly on the beach it was a short walk with super easy beach access, not to mention we were in close proximity to restaurants, stores, grocery, etc. I would definitely recommend this house to others. The house was clean and the management company was SUPER fast when we reached out with questions or needs.

This house met the needs of my family of 11. It was 2 blocks from the beach and two blocks from Ship Wreck Island. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had most of the amenities needed.

The house was dirty, and ants in every room. The stove and oven were so dirty we couldn’t cook. The pool was dirty our entire stay. The walls are dirty and have places where sheet rock was fixed but never finished. It worth the price for sure, in my opinion.

Love this home! It was very clean and spacious. Great size pool in the back! The location of the home was a perfect distance to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. Our family had a wonderful time here! Looking forward to coming back!

Upon on arrival, the inside of the house had not been cleaned as it should have been. There was rice still in the cabinets, the floors had not been cleaned, maybe only swept. The pool was dirty.
Other than that I really enjoyed our house. It was fairly quiet except another family moved in next door and played very loud music. It was not rented by the same company so the only thing we could do was call non-emergency police line and notify but we just left it alone.

Great house for large group/family. Short (6 minute) walk to the beach. Private pool is great for kids and adults. Large family area and plenty of bathrooms for everyone. We loved our stay!

We enjoyed our stay here. Great communication with the property staff. House is in a great location with less than 5 min walk to the beach. I highly recommend this company and the homes to everyone.

I cannot recommend these places enough. We had both homes side by side and it was perfect for our getaway. Gorgeous homes with great proximity to the beach, restaurants, golf courses and more. Property is very well maintained and the hosts we EXCELLENT at communicating. This place gets a 5 out of 5 every time!

House was modern, clean, and well suited for large groups. It is difficult to use for remote work because it has very slow WiFi (Hughesnet satellite) with slow downloads and uploads which couldn't even be measured. The pool may be useable in warm weather but isn't heated (and in fairness wasn't advertised as such). And the house immediately next door is apparently rented by the day and had several very large groups during our one-week stay. They partied all night (3-4 am) and ran around all the adjacent properties.

WOW doesn’t even truly capture this home
The home was absolutely amazing, and the proximity To the beach was perfect. The only challenge was the Wi-Fi. Unfortunately the Dish network could not support entertainment and work. Other than that, the HOUSE IS AWESOME!!!!9.5 out of 10

Great Family Stay
