Overall, the property was as listed. I was dissapointed as we were in town visiting my daughter & her family. Every other night, we cooked and there were no spatulas, stirring spoons, no tongs no electric frying pan, they did have two crock pots. We had to go purchase Dawn dishwashing liquid as there was about enough in the bottle to wash dishes twice and we were there a week. We also had to go purchase aluminum foil and baggies since there were no rubbermade containers for leftovers. We also purchased more quality toilet paper. The place was clean, however, no furniture had been moved and swept under because dead crickets were under furniture and under beds. This is what prompted us moving furniture to begin with, crickets To be fair, crickets are bad this season but they are getting in the house. I realize the price per night point but would have appreciated a few of the above items.

Close to most things. Great parking. Super comfortable furniture. Kitchen was Not quite as furnished as some I have stayed at but still quite manageable. Would love to return next year

First time we took our dogs and stayed at a property rental. We were very nervous about it smelling like other pets etc. This place was super clean, and I’m very picky! No smell at all and room for our pups kennels. I still washed every glass or cups we used before using them, but I probably didn’t need to! Everything was clean, sheets, bathrooms, kitchen, floors etc. We stayed two nights, tubed the Comal River one day and it was perfect! Let the tubes fry overnight in the garage, deflated and packed the next day. We ordered food, only reheated and used the microwave- would definitely stay here again!

Cozy 3 bdrm home with all the amenities needed for a excellent stay. Would recommend the home for anyone looking to stay in New Braunfels.

From the moment I booked, Debra reached out quickly to confirm my reservation and was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Debra’s home was spacious, spotless and a perfect mix of rustic Texas Hill Country charm and comfort! Check in was simple and Debra provided clear instructions. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for basic cooking. The mattresses were so comfortable and we loved how cool the house stayed while Texas was under a heat advisory. Check out instructions were clear and cleaning list was minimal. If you are looking for a place to stay while visiting New Braunfels, highly recommend Debra’s home.

We were pleased with the house, very clean and plenty of room for the 7 of us. Just one suggestion, it would be nice to have more than 1 TV in the house, it wasn’t bad for us because it was all adults. As I said it is just a suggestion. Host was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful Spring Break getaway here. Big back yard perfect for the dogs, and a nice, clean and comfortable home with plenty of space for our family of 4 and pets. The owner is very nice and accessible, and knowledgeable about the area!

This was a very clean house in a very convenient location. It’s close to I35 and a shopping area, but we were not bothered by noise or traffic at all. We brought our two dogs and they had a secure fenced yard to run around in. The house is roomy with adequate space in the common areas and the room layouts allow for privacy. The kitchen has all the basic necessities and furnishings are recent and comfortable. All the lamps had a place to charge your phone. Overall, the duplex fit all our needs and the owner was very easy to talk to and always available for anything we needed.

Simple and clean place! 3 bedrooms, 2 bath. A room for me and my husband, in-laws, and brother. 3 kids slept on cots provided by hosts. Enjoyed the use of the laundry room and fenced backyard for the pups while we went to a party! Great place, thanks for the stay!!!

Debra, Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The duplex was better than expected and more than adequately housed two families of 3 and 4 people of varying ages. Your quick responses to my pre-arrival questions helped us plan meals and activities ahead of time. We also enjoyed the area's dining options and quick access to the river. At the spur of the moment, my husband and I along with our children and their families decided to head to Schlitterbaun. I found Debra's listing and with its great reviews I quickly booked it for our trip. First let me say Debra was a dream to work with. Very prompt to answer any questions we had. There are 3 main things I find extremely important when staying overnight be it a hotel or Vrbo. The place must be clean, hot water hot, and air conditioning super cold! Debra's property did not disappoint. The kitchen was well equipped with toaster, coffee maker, and microwave as well as 2 refrigerators (one inside and one in the utility room). I don't cook when away on vacation, but it appeared to have everything one would need if you plan to fix a meal or two. Last but not least, the location was PERFECT! Restaurants, groceries, and river fun were all a short distanced drive. Most places didn't even require getting onto the freeway, a HUGE bonus when dealing with San Antonio/ New Braunfels traffic. We are planning on booking again next month. We can't wait!

Very clean 3 bedroom 2 bathroom duplex that was a perfect stay for our family of 6 plus our puppy. There was plenty of towels and even little packaged soaps. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen essentials along with a coffee maker and toaster. Debra was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. She even had poop bags hanging by the back door although we didn’t use any since we brought our own. She seemed to have thought of most things her guests would need. We also felt secure with letting our puppy in the backyard since it was fenced in. This was located near so many restaurants and grocery stores. And was less than a 10 minute drive to the river and schlitterbahn. We are thankful we found Debra’s place and will stay again once we find ourselves back in New Brunfels.

This three bedroom, two bath is super clean! It was easy access to our New Braunfels family which made it great location. It is super clean, the beds were comfortable and the AC was just perfect, always a plus in my book.

Great stay at this property! Beds were comfortable, whole place was super clean, and the backyard for our dog was a huge plus. Nice sized yard so we put up a badminton set and played! Just a couple of minutes from the river. On our first day, we had a major mishap where the key fell out of a pocket. The owner immediately responded to my frantic message and helped me resolve right away! Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

This was the perfect spot for the 6 of us to access floating the river with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Debra was easy to contact and checked in to make sure we had all that we needed.

We enjoyed our time at the house. If I had a problem was easy to get in hold of the owner. Great communication. Had problems with the AC and they sent someone out fast. Don’t hesitate to stay with them. Close drive to the Comal River. Wild recommend

We enjoyed our stay very much! The backyard was huge and allowed for a good size group to grill and hang out. Very close drive to be able to float and to Gruene. Ubers were easily accessible all weekend which made it the perfect location too.

We loved Debra’s duplex! It’s in a great location and has everything you need for a fun stay with friends and family! Beds were super comfortable and there’s plenty of space for three couples. Debra gave great suggestions and tips for our float! We will be back for sure!
