WE had some minor issues but we left a note with the book for the owner

Beautiful home, very clean. There was just a few maintenance issues. A rung on one of the bunk bed ladders snapped off. Could have caused an injury, thankfully did not. We noticed later in the reviews that we weren’t the first to experience this. Also there was a horrible smell coming from underneath the fridge. Like stinky feet. We think there’s a leak.?. We put a towel around the base of the fridge that seemed to help contain the smell. Nothing that would stop me from staying there …but needs to be taken care of.

One of the railings on the bunk beds in room 6 came loose. The child climbing the ladder reached out and grabbed the railing when they were climbing up and the railing seemed to easily come loose.

Beautiful place with so many fun things to do right at the condo! Great place for families and companies to come stay - everything you need is right here! And so close to great places to visit.

The literature and contract with our rental home was very misleading. The kitchen was much better stocked and equipped than I was lead to believe and had everything plus more than we needed. And the linens were much better than the contract indicated. The beds were amazing and each bedroom had an attached bathroom which spoiled all of us for life! Any problem was taken seriously and solved in less than 30 minutes. The house had fabulous gathering places. The patio furniture was the best and the golfing and shuffle board added so much fun. Everyone in our group raved about the house. Don’t let the strictly worded contract scare you. The house had everything!

Extremely Satisfied
So fun!!! The house was so nice, very clean, lots of space and the pool was so fun! Amazing views from the roof at sunset, and close to all the fun in Zion and St George.

This beautiful home was perfect for our large family vacation. The rooms are beautifully decorated and each one feels like a luxury hotel room and bathroom. We had 17 people and were able to stretch out and relax. The large, open kitchen and family space was great for cooking family meals and playing games together. The backyard pool, shuffle board, putting green, and corn hole provided a space where memories were made and laughter was common. The proximity to Zion National Park made it easy for us the spend the day in the park and return in the evening for dinner! Awesome views from the quiet rooftop patio made for great conversation. Thank you for the opportunity to make lasting memories with family and friends! We hope to return!

Perfect Family Getaway!!
We had a great time with our family and friends! This place is top quality. The decor is so calming, beautiful and comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed (from can openers to plastic plates/bowls for the kids) for great meals together. We enjoyed spending time in the spacious living area playing games together. The yard has fun outside games too like, mini golf, shuffleboard and of course the kids spent hours in the pool. I highly recommend this place!!

Huge perks - ample space for eating (two tables) which can actually accomodate all 26 ppl that the home is rated to max fit (we only had 14 in our group, but it's a pet peeve of mine when rental places have a set occupancy listed and then don't have enough place settings and/or seats for eating. Our kids loved the amenities - the bunk rooms are beautiful and so fun! Games for them to play, toys, shuffle board, putting green, pool, cornhole. I wish they had had a more extensive list of all the items included in the rental on the website so people know! Pool toys also included, tons of pool towels, extras of everything!
