This house was fabulous! It was exactly as depicted in the listing. It was amazingly comfortable and in a great weekend. A little off the beaten path, but that was actually a plus for us. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking in that area.

It was a very nice experience and the hosts were fantastic easy to communicate with. Very kind. VRBO was beautiful clean and stocked with everything we needed. Very quiet and comfortable. Hot tub was very nice. Great place to stay!

We stayed here for our son's wedding. The home was a perfect home away from home and had everything we could possibly need! We were especially impressed with the cleanliness and uncluttered, yet homey, comfortable feel. The labels in the kitchen made it very easy to find whatever we needed. Access to the garage parking made it extra nice in cold, winter weather! Dave and Anne were wonderful to deal with and were very responsive. We would choose to stay here again any time we're in the area!

This home is absolutely delightful! The layout allows for privacy while providing ample common space. The well-stocked kitchen is labeled for easy movement. We loved the location and easy access to businesses.

Booked for a trip to see a Broadway production in Spokane with a group of friends. It was lovely to have a comfortable, clean place to stay altogether. I was very impressed with the prompt communication in response to my questions before booking. Everything was as advertised and you could tell that the details of the property were well thought through to ensure our comfort. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

This was such an amazing property and the hosts were so kind and pleasant to deal with. We literally felt like it was our second home and look forward to returning for future getaways! The house was fully stocked - from the kitchen and little extras (coffee, condiments, pots/pans), to the bathrooms (soaps, towels, shampoo/conditioners) to the outside area - Cornhole, hot tub, grill and comfortable seating with a fire place. Highly recommend to any and all who need a home away from home. Close to the north end of Spokane and easy access to everything.

Anne & Dave have a amazing home! They thought of all the comforts of home from Labeling cabinets to black wash cloths to cozy throw blankets throughout the house. They even have instructions framed so no book of germs. Anne also responded with in minutes. We will stay again and recommend to family and friends.

Dave and Anna responded quickly to any questions I had. The property was lovely. Very roomy and comfortable. All the amenities you could ask for. It was a perfect landing spot for my family as we were in Spokane for my son’s wedding.

We stayed here with our family of 6 and it worked perfectly! Super quiet and clean with all that you need to make a family feel at home. We loved the hot tub and appreciate all the extra towels and the kitchen was well stocked! We definitely would recommend to anyone staying in Spokane!

Great stay and home owners were very welcoming and helpful. Only negative was expecting 4 bedrooms including 4 regular beds, as opposed to a jimmy-rigged bed. It ended up being okay and it was comfortable, so no worries.

The house was very clean, beds comfortable, full kitchen, large refrigerator and a lot of room in the living area. The neighborhood was quiet. We were close to town. The owner is very responsive and helpful. We were very pleased with the experience and would stay there again.

Our stay was only one night but it felt like home the minute we walked in. The check-in process was seamless and the house is perfectly set up for your stay. Labels on everything for easy access to what you need, and oh my gosh was the best comfy! Great little yard and seat area out back to enjoy good company. There were even a few board game we were able to play. Highly recommend!

This house was beautiful. Had 3 amazing bedrooms and multiple other options for sleeping arrangements. The hot tub was fantastic for our youth group and the neighborhood was nice. Wish we could have had more time to truly check out the area, but we enjoyed it for our youth group collide conference.
Most of the teenagers said they want a house just like it when they grow up.

This was a great place to stay and it exceeded our expectations.
A Keurig coffee maker and k-cups were furnished, spices, salad dressings, kitchen ware was all clean and modern.

This worked perfectly for hosting some family members who live in Spokane as a meeting spot for dinners and enjoyment.

My family and myself stayed over a weekend for a basketball tournament. We were so VERY impressed with the house. It was nearly new and soo clean. Our 5 year old loved the room with the toy basket and books. Our older kids enjoyed the snow and we enjoyed the hot tub!! They took extra thought I to stocking the house with everything that you could need. This house is located out of town a bit up on a hill in a nice quiet neighborhood- it felt very safe. Also the hosts were easy to reach for questions and very accomadating. If we have a need to return to Spokane We will definitely stay here again!!!

This rental was absolutely perfect! They are so generous in providing everything you could need. Everything was immaculate and in perfect working condition. Things were labeled and easy to find. Extra sheets, towels, pillows and blankets were very helpful for us! The hot tub was a wonderful addition!! The place was absolutely beautiful and spotless and well thought out. The office space was also a bonus along with the 3 bedrooms. This place added peace and comfort to our crazy, beautiful wedding weekend for my daughter! These owners have really set the bar high! I would highly recommend this rental!!

My family and I stayed for 2 nights over Christmas 2022--when we were finally (!) able to get there with all the weather-related snafus. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is well-supplied with cookware, the stove heats things quickly, there were plenty of towels, and the hot tub is a nice bonus. Note that all the mattresses are of the memory-foam variety, and there are no pull-out sofas--memory foam mattresses are supplied for the floor in each bedroom. The office has a comfortable fold-out sleeping chair. Also, the garage fits only one car.
The owners, Dave and Anne, are very responsive, and were always available if we had questions or problems--even over the holiday. Many thanks to them both for our memorable holiday stay in their beautiful home!

We rented the house with another couple and it was the perfect one night getaway. The house was very clean, plenty of amenities and very cozy. We didn't use the hot tub or the fire table in the back yard, it was just a little too cold and we arrived back from our event late and didn't want to make noise outside. There were also lots of games to choose from, which would have been fun if we were staying longer. Plenty of kitchen items and perks like coffee, cocoa, delicious brownies. All of us enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend and/or reserve again. If I had to mention any negatives, the driveway was very very slippery. The stairs up to the house were fine, but the driveway was a sheet of ice. Besides that, the house was perfect.

We had amazing stay at this wonderful gem of a property! This is a beautiful home, the backyard was perfect. Our kids enjoyed playing on the snow and we enjoyed the fire pit while watching them. All the supplies were a bonus! And the owners were amazing. They answered us quickly when we had a question! The brownies and toys were also a bonus ! I would definitely recommend this property!

We booked this place for a couple of doctors appointments since we live 3 hours away. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the house. It was also decorated really cute. There was nothing complicated about the place, we loved it. Highly recommended.
