We had an exceptional experience with our stay. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. We were very impressed. The property is very spacious and the location is absolutely perfect. You are steps away from the beach, breathtaking views of the ocean, close to restaurants and a Publix. The host was very accommodating and communicated throughout the entire process and made it very easy. I highly recommend this property. Will I stay here again??? Absolutely!!!

I really enjoyed the outdoor spaces. The 2nd floor deck had partial cover and amazing view. The lower level courtyard was spacious.

This property is very clean and just as beautiful as the pictures make it look. With the beach practically in your front yard and a hot tub in the courtyard you can’t beat this place. Highly recommended!

We can’t say enough positive raves about our stay at this beachfront property. The house was spacious, even for 12 people, and the kitchen and amenities were ideal. We appreciated the games, bicycles, and extra chairs and tables in the garage, and used the grill, hot tub, and dining area under the gazebo. The house even withstood a huge storm during our stay without any issues. Rocky was always responsive and the perfect host. We look forward to returning next time!

It’s beautiful on the inside and better on the outside. The location is spectacular! Head out the front door and your feet are in the sand in about 30 seconds. When you come up the stairs for the first time (and every morning!) and walk into the living room, the ocean is right there. It’s breathtaking! The deck is so awesome with the sights, sounds, smells of the ocean. You never have to leave the house to have a spectacular vacation. We hardly did! But if you do decide to leave, it’s close to great restaurants, the big Hollywood public beach and The Broadwalk. We happened to be a group of “older” people, all over 60. It was perfect for us. Would really be a fantastic place for all ages. There are lots of toys in the garage. It was the vacation spot of a lifetime. Cannot wait to come back.

This property is great for a family with small children. Has everything that you’d need for a stay and close to Publix/CVS for anything you’d forget. Super easy drive to the parks which is a huge plus.

My family spent our Christmas weekend at this beautiful home on the beach. The location is absolutely the best with great views of the ocean. Stores and restaurants are near by and there’s plenty of room for everyone.

The location and size of the house were excellent. Beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated having the Keurig. The beach towel basket was genius and it was very nice having a washer and dryer. The Jacuzzi area needs to be cleaned up a little. As far as adding things I would suggest luggage racks or benches in the rooms. Overall it was a great property and we will be back.

I rented this beach house for three nights for 10 senior adults. The house sits on a corner across the street from the ocean. The property has 2 floors: 4 bedrooms and 2 baths on the first floor and the master bedroom and another bath on the second floor. The living room, kitchen, dining room and bar are also all on the second floor. We seniors mostly enjoyed the outside balcony surrounding the entire second floor with great views of the ocean and breathtaking sunrises. The owner came to the property the morning after our arrival to address all concerns by my friends. We recommend the owner to add a clothing rack to three bedrooms.

Where do I even start?? Exposed wires in the jacuzzi. I have to risk electrical shock in order to have a good time? Broken chairs outside in the patio, rusted and inoperative propane BBQ grills. Piles on piles of trash from the previous tenant, broken fishing poles, broken paddle boards, junky and unorganized garage Here’s the worst part. The lister SPIED ON US every single day we were there!!! Poor instructions on extra parking and had nerve to have an attitude about it. Showed up to the house unannounced MULTIPLE TIMES after I told her she didn’t have to come. She was rude and skeptic from the beginning about how many people I had come over as if I live with a family of over 10 people. I had family come from different states and we had multiple cars and she just couldn’t fathom that. She is the absolute worst and I will NEVER Invest so much money on a family vacation with this woman and her company. DO NOT RENT HERE. She WILL spy on you.

Location on beach was great! Lots of indoor and outdoor space to enjoy. Bikes and beach chairs, umbrellas and toys were terrific. Beds were comfortable and house was perfectly clean.

Great house, spacious, clean and comfortable. The owner responded promptly to all communications. My kids wished we were closer to the boardwalk in Hollywood beach, but my wife and I preferred the quieter location.

Location to the beach was as expected. Bedrooms are a little smaller than expected. Can tell some areas of the lower level were turned into bedrooms. But still sufficient. Could have used more towels/wash cloths. Probably would have gotten them if we asked so more our fault. We'll go back.

Beautiful house that worked so nicely for our family and family friends. Loved being right on the ocean and we spent most of our time on the beach. Saw some bad reviews about the grill but it was super nice for us! Interior decor was adorable. Would definitely come back!

the house could not be by closer to the beach.we enjoyed having our own private spot without all the crowds. The house was very nice. it was not very equipped with towels, toilet paper, paper towels... we had a large group with us so we needed. Kitchen is nice and big. 3 of the bedrooms downstairs were ok but no closet or mirrors so not much room for putting things away . There was a bike bike path that to u to the hollywood Strip. There is Just 1 bike though but you could rent them in the strip. there weee plenty of beach chairs to use . overall the house was great but I don’t recommend sleeping more than 10 people in it..

Beautiful property right on a great beach! Close to incredible restaurants and lots of fun activities. The hot tub was a great addition too. The property manager was very responsive and easy to work with! Very smooth process and we would definitely stay here again!

Overall the house was beautiful and we were very happy with it, however the host was very difficult to communicate with which soured the whole thing

I love the vacation home but owner was very rude when contacting her. She have a smart mouth, the smoke alarm didn’t have any batteries and mostly only the living room tv was working.

Our family of 9 had a wonderful time! We usually go out of the country for our trip but decided to stay in Florida secondary to Covid traveling concerns. The home was perfect. Just a few steps to the beach and lots of space for the family. We were able to find a local fish market and did several meals at the house, which was very well furnished. It was really nice to have a regular coffee pot and a keurig. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy access to the park for running/ bike riding. Lots of great local restaurants - special shout out to 3 sons brewery, Antonio’s pizza, quarterdeck, tik tik (Jimbo’s sandbar) and Tarks!! We ate way too wonderfully. Look forward to coming back to visit in the future
