House is well stocked with kitchen and pantry items. Drip coffee maker is Krups so cone filter. Three bedrooms, 3 baths, plus full bath off the kitchen! Good water pressure. Very clean. Owners very responsive. We LOVED the house, 5 adults, 2 couples and a single person! Two rooms where you could have different things going on if you have adults and teens. Front porch caught the breezes, and we utilized it every night. Beds have memory foam mattresses or soft top mattresses. Most of the appliances are updated so make sure you understand how to use washer and dishwasher. NEST is easy to use once you figure it out. If you're looking for a good location with PLENTY of space, this is an IDEAL home!

We enjoyed our visit to Southport for a girls weekend to attend my future daughter-in-law’s bridal shower. The area is beautiful and the House is clean and roomy. It was perfect for our stay. The house was very clean and was in a great location. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is more spacious and comfortable than the pictures show - 4 full baths and big bedrooms with 3 good beds and a fold-out couch. The location allowed easy access to town and Oak Island/Caswell Beach. We found the house and linens clean, well equipped, and generally in good repair. Air conditioning worked well, but we struggled a bit with the Nest thermostat. We would rent again in the future.

Loved Southport! Adorable historic town you can ride the golf cart around to get coffee & ice cream! It’s also Close to Caswell & Oak Island beaches and Bald head island (worth the trip! Just bring water & snacks & rent a golf cart). The house was set up fantastically! Each room was good sized and there were bathroom for each bedroom. The living room was comfortable & relaxed with an open area great for a large family to gather! The kitchen was well stocked & modern. They have a lovely live edge table that comfortably seats 8 people. This adorable house is on a quiet street so no danger worries about the pets & kids. It has a precious front porch with a great swing that seats two people and the porch has a gate with keeps the kids & pets corralled. We made so many wonderful family vacation memories! This house was the perfect spot for our family as a 1/2 way meeting point. The owner was fabulous and super accommodating! Many thanks to him! The only negative was having to leave paradise behind! If you get a chance to get away this is an amazing destination!
