We had friends and family stay over for a birthday weekend and the house fit everyone really well. The pool table and mortal kombat was fun. I was a little shocked that the lake was drained but it was the first week in December and we still had a great time outside. We also had multiple comments about how much people liked the house and Rocco answer every question we had quickly and kindly.

Great location to bars and restaurants& Dock is accessible by boat! House was spacious and comfortable, not much more you could ask for in a lake house retreat.

The house was amazing! Nice surprise to have a pool table and video games. Kids loved it! And a playground steps away - perfect vacation.

Our week at Lake Lopatcong was very relaxing and everyone had fun. The house was very clean and Rocco was very quick to respond with any questions we had, both before and during our stay. Six kids, ranged from 7-19 years old, had plenty to do. When they were not out on the boat, they could play pool, arcade games, Xbox, or hand on the deck getting a tan. Restaurants on the lake with boat access were great. Lots of little convenience stores for basic needs, with a large grocery store only 10 minutes away. We had a great time, and will most likely be returning. 😊

The house was very clean! The master bed room was beautiful, with a view over the water and sitting area and huge master bath. The house was only a few steps from the dock. Rocco was very nice and answered all of our question's right away! Great place! Would go back again.

From the very beginning Rocco answered my questions immediately. Their home was immaculate and my family had a really good time there. We were in the area due to my sons wedding and the home was so comfortable, warm, inviting and provided the perfect place for 12 of us to be together and spend quality time as a family.

Nice and clean, lots of room, huge master bath.
The master shower floor was very slippery and the sheets
did not fit the king-sized bed properly. All in all a good spot
to see the lake. Would be lovely in the fall.
