We were five adults and two teens and found the premises to more than accommodating. It was adequately supplied with everything we needed, beautifully decorated and a wonderful view. I wish we had visited in the summer when we could have enjoyed the outside decks. The downstairs was a great hangout for the teens if they wanted some space from the older folks.

The house worked perfectly for us. Large, spacious and clean with high ceilings, nice kitchen and great views of the valley and the mountains behind it. We are picky people and we did not suffer. You will like it if you rent it.

We travel and we do rentals often. This is the best of the best. The house had everything. Very open and lovely. Pictures of the view are deceiving, however. Lots of High-voltage electrical things going on in the back field area. We looked past it and enjoyed the inside. We have family in Boise so would definitely rent again. Perfect for larger families so much room and so very clean. Thank you to the management and the owners. 5 stars.

We booked this great spot with two other couples as we all came over for Parents Weekend at Boise State and we had a great time!! The house was fantastic! Proximity to every in Boise was perfect. It was plenty big when we were all there and when our sons came over for an evening. Everything was so well kept and in great shape. We loved it!
Our only issue was that we loved it so much we tried to book it for graduation weekend, but sadly it was not available. :-)

We had 7 adult women stay at this house in September. There was plenty of space for us all to spread out. The bedrooms are good sized. The kitchen and living room upstairs is where we spent all of our time. Our favorite thing about the house was the views from the back deck and patio. You look out onto the mountains on the other side of the valley. This side of the house faces north so you don't get scorched by the sun either. Very enjoyable!

This is a wonderful house. Very convenient location, well stocked and workable kitchen, and very comfortable. There was plenty of space to spread out, if we wanted and also areas that fit all 8 of us. My bed was very comfortable and the bed and bath situation worked extremely well for 8 friends. I’d highly recommend this property.

Well equipped home with 2 floors, high ceilings and open floor plan. Close to the airport and downtown. Great place for a group of friends or family to stay.

I don't have a single bad thing to say about this house... it was perfect! Clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed in the kitchen, bathrooms, and living spaces. The house looks exactly like the pictures, and there is a wonderful view off the back balcony. It was a great location to everything we wanted to do during our stay. Any questions I had were immediately answered!

This house was just gorgeous. The size was perfect for our group of soccer moms. The kitchen was just big enough for us to cook meals for the boys after their games. The kitchen was fully stocked. The downstairs room was the perfect size for the boys to hang out while food was being prepped. The view was just amazing. The sunset was beautiful. There’s nothing bad to say about this place. The location was within walking distance to the soccer fields and the neighborhood was very quiet. Parking for 3 cars not including the garage. We didn’t utilize the garage for parking but we could’ve easily parked 6 vehicles on the property. Everything went smoothly and we couldn’t have asked for a better host. Would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town for a soccer tournament.

We stayed here for a soccer Tournament held at the Simplot Complex. The house is beautiful with plenty of room for the 9 of us. We were able to walk to the games each day and then come back and enjoy the wonderful view and spacious home.

Our group stated at the home for 5 nights for our sons college graduation from Boise State University. The house fit our needs perfectly. Enough room for everyone to relax, play games, eat and sleep.

We really enjoyed our stay! Kitchen and living area with the covered patio was perfect for our large group! Plenty of blankets & towels,; kitchen was stocked with spices and extras! The ability to park in the garage was great too. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the room with the twin beds were very small for an adult. Also a larger mirror in the downstairs bathroom would have been nice. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you Boise we miss this home already!

Gorgeous and well appointed place. Sparkling clean with heavenly beds, sheets and towels. Lots of space for young and old alike. The pictures do not do it justice. Missing it already....
