We had a great stay! Rich was extremely accommodating, quick to respond and we had everything we needed for our mini vacation! The beach access across the street was extremely helpful for trips back and forth to the beach with little kids! Topsail was a great place for our last summer beach hurrah!

Great Location
The pictures of this property do not do the actual property justice! It is so much nicer and bigger in person. There is a private beach access right across the street. Just a wonderful place to stay!

Home Away From Home
Wonderful stay at this very clean, modern, comfortable home. Just steps from the beach!! I. We loved reading and relaxing on the front porch, with views of the dunes and ocean. My daughter and I enjoyed running on the beach and in the neighborhoods. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. The kitchen was wonderful for cooking fresh fish from Lewis Fish Market. Restaurants and ice cream are just 1 mile away. The home is far enough away from the touristy flavor of Surf City, but just a short drive to get to SC's activities. Bicycles could use some maintenance and we would have liked beach chairs. But an outstanding experience overall! We'd love to come back. Thank you!!

Wonderful stay at a beautiful beach
We had a great stay at Rich's beach house. There was plenty of space for 5 adults and one 4 year old. We even had an extra bedroom we didn't use. The bathrooms were clean and a good size, we loved sitting out on the covered front porch (we had a bit of rain on our trip) and the living space inside was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was a good size and had most everything we needed to cook our meals.
Rich was so helpful before, during, and after our stay, especially when a certain favorite stuffed animal was accidentally left behind, he had it sent back home to us. Very good at communicating for check-in, was available for questions. We didn't have many since the house is so well stocked with everything you could need.
The house is right across a quiet street from the beach. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. It was relaxing and easy to just walk back home if we forgot something or needed to go in for lunch. We loved our time here in Topsail and we'd love to come back and stay again.
