My wife and I stayed here for 5 days, and everything was perfect. The place is exactly as listed, check in was easy, and the team at tangerine sunsets was extremely responsive. Definitely book a ride from the airport through them if you're not renting a car, it was cheaper and they're very friendly and will stop for groceries if you want. The location has 2 pools, one cleaner than the other, but we used the beach the whole time as you're right on the ocean, and it's an amazing beach. And the restaurant right there is delicious and the best value in Nassau, we loved Violas. We also loved the balcony in front, we read there at least once a day. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

One of the best rentals we have had. This home was well stocked with all paper products and cleaning supplies which shows the owner wants her renters to be comfortable. Home was beautiful and the outside area was amazing. Would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay! A bit of a glitch with the beach gate but was resolved in no time. located on the best part of the beach in my opinion. It had a mixture of sun and shade so you really didn't need an umbrella. Also less crowded than toward the Atlantis. I would definitely stay there again.

The location is great! The beach was perfect and you have quick easy access. We ate at Viola's every night and everything was great. Great food and great service. We walked to Atlantis and also to the Cloister. Plenty do see and do within walking distance. Rented chairs and umbrellas on the beach. The guys renting the equipment were very friendly and not pushy. The overall property could use a little updating, but was nice overall. Communication was very quick and helpful with the property manager! Would definitely recommend this property!

The staff is incredible… great time perfect spot!

I saw a man spraying the shrubs and trucks and trees later in the day and ask him what they used. It smells good to me. He said they used to use a toxic spray now they use something with essential oils.

Property is just as pictured and was easy to find. AC was cool, water pressure was nice, bed and pillows were comfy. Everyone we encountered on the property was nice and employees were helpful. Car rental and airport transfers were a breeze with the help of the host.

Spent the beginning of my business trip in this cute Villa, friendly staff, great hosts, easy access to things on the island. Viola's next door Bar & Grill was perfect to end the day. Great food and local Entertainment.

Excellent location right off the beach and walking distance to Atlantis resort and shopping areas on the island. Cab rides over the bridge to Nassau were easy to get and reasonable. Our host was very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend. BUT... Bring lots quarters if you plan to do laundry!!

We were looking for a less busy location to stay while attending Battle for Atlantis basketball tournament. Location was ideal for us. Grounds and Beach perfect . Condo itself fine. It could use some up dates and a new mattress for us to rate it a 5. Good price for location of condo. Viola's on site. Management very responsive and helpful. Recommend buying groceries in route from airport. ( Taxi will make the stop). Taxi driver arranged by management excellent. Need cash only for tipping taxi. Overall 4 stars.

Great place by the beach, only problem we had was the gate codes weren't updated.

Great experience—short walk to the beach, with full menu and drink service from the restaurant delivered to the beach. My only knock is that the water was shut off for a brief period (maybe an hour) and the water pressure was just so-so.

Made a decision a few months back to get out of the cold for a bit. I've never been to the Bahamas so I began searching HomeAway and found tpropertlocation and price point were great. Another great feature was Viola's grille. Good food and friendly service steps away. All in all it was a great week.

The location is great, pretty close to Atlantis and it's shops as well as walking distance from the Ferry (took us about 10-15 minutes walking to get there). They even have men that will pull up chairs on the private-ish beach for you when you go down and set up umbrellas! I also loved that they had a few masks and towels in the room. However, it definitely needs some updating; specifically with outlets. Some didn't work, some didn't have a faceplate and seemed dangerous to just have wires hanging out everywhere. The shower definitely needs to be clean, I felt like there was mold on the bottom of the shower curtain and in the grot. I also had a mishap with the gate code they left for the beach not working; I tried to e-mail a couple of times because the phone in the bedroom was not working (I didn't have an international phone plan on my cell phone) and NEVER got a response. I was able to talk to some of the staff there and figure out how to get beach access, but, I was disappointed that I felt like once we checked in, the company didn't care anymore. Side Note: please be aware that there is no public transportation to paradise island- you must take a taxi off the island; each taxi for two of us was at least $20 to Nassau. So just make sure you keep that in mind while budgeting. :) Note to the owner: I think it would be appreciated if you had a first aid kit in the villa. It was incredibly inconvenient for us to find bandaid's and hydrogen peroxide nearby. More trash bags would be nice- we were left with 2 for a week's stay. Instructions that we're supposed to throw our own trash away would have been appreciated as well (and instructions on where to do this). Overall, we enjoyed our week's stay here. We felt safe staying as two young women. Easy entry into the villa and Wi-Fi always worked. The bar/restaurant is very conveniently located. The pool is very nice and the bed was comfortable.

The property was great, a little dated but clean and everything you need. Good WiFi and Air conditioning but best of all the location. A very small walk to the beach and Violas bar/restaurant next door. I would definitely stop here again, tomorrow if I could and didn’t have to go home.

Perfect for a couple or a family with a kid. Great communication, great check in and check out. Might bring my own beach towels because there were none in the unit. Great spot Violas connected, awesome breakfast. Do not be in a rush to go anywhere if you are ordering because they serve at an island pace. I would 100% stay with Tangerine again!

Overall the property was in good condition and everything on the description is correct. We did have one problem where the code did not work for the second gate entering into the beach. Other than that, the property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. It is very close to Atlantis and we were able to walk over a few times (5 min walk). It was also a Safe neighborhood. We walked around even late at night and felt comfortable. Viola’s restaurant is on site and very good. Suggestions for the property manager will be to paint some of the wall scuff marks and try to get rid of the red ants in the front sitting area. Other than that, we had a nice time. Thank you.

Our first time in the Bahamas, this turned out to be a very good choice. Photos and description accurate. Good communication from owner throughout. Nice pool, extremely close to the beach. Viola's, the restaurant on site, was convenient, and never disappointed. Food and service always great. Atlantis Resort nearby. If needed, the owner suggests a driver to and from the airport, Bert Marshall. Can't say enough good things about him-he went above and beyond to make our trip a success. The 'cautions' I can think of: 1.) The location is a bit of a trek from downtown, so probably best to plan on using Bert for trips, if he's available, or know you will have longish walks. Also, the bedroom is at the top of a spiral staircase-the bed/bedding is fine, but have a care going up and down.

This location is perfect! Two minute walk to gorgeous beach and ocean from this very nice one bedroom condo. Lovely pools with lush landscaping and a great restaurant, Viola's on site. Food was excellent! Owner of condo was very prompt in taking care of a few issues with faucets- they were fixed that day! Would recommend this place!! Hope to come back some day!!
