We had a nice quiet time here. The stay would have been better if there would have been coffee and water in the unit as advertised in the listing. Messaged the host but did not get a reply until almost 2 hours later (after we had gone out for coffee). Could not use the balcony/stoop because the balcony/stoop above us leaked through the boards in the rain.
Everything else was great!

There’s a partial ocean view from side balcony. Place was clean. Appreciated the parking spot. The convertible couch is small - my daughter who is 5’5” complained her feet hung way over the edge and the queen mattress was firmer than we like but over all was okay for our short stay.

Despite breaking my foot on Saturday night, I made it through the night checked out early Sunday, but other than that the stay was good room got a little wet from the really bad storm, but management was right on top of that excellent service.

This was a pleasant stay, short two nights.
The place is fairly clean, with parking for one car, quiet and away from the noise. There is an ocean view from the small balcony and the beach is right across the street. Not impressed with the wifi, it is a bit slow, but it works. I would definitely stay again at this rental.

This property was clean and i loved being able to hear the ocean as I slept. The listing title says it is beachfront and steps away from the sand which I found to be a little misleading since it wasn't really beachfront and quite the steps away. But i still enjoyed it and it is still close enough to sand!

Property was very clean & well taken care of. It was very small but perfect for just 2 people. Across the street from the beach and in a very quiet area. Parking was provided, which is needed in the beach area and also some complimentary coffee pods and bottles of water.

It was very clean..easy check in. We though by the picture we had a full view from our room of the water, but overall it's a quaint place for 2.

This was a good fit for a couple. Just enough space for two people. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our evenings on our little balcony watching the waves come in.

A great place to stay
This was a lovely place to stay for my family of four (two adults and two kids, ages 7 and 5). The building is quiet and the room is clean. My kids said the futon was comfortable to sleep on. It would be too small for both of them in future years so an air mattress may be required if your kids are bigger than mine. The wifi is choppy, but that is to be expected on the beach. All linens are provided, so there are plenty of sheets, blankets and towels. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Nice time
I stayed at this property with my 2 daughters and my mother. We had a very nice time. Place is small but you can see that from the pics. You are at the beach so room is just for shower and sleep really. I recommend bringing a blow up mattress as I did b/ c the futon sofa/bed is pretty small if your children are not very young and small. Condo was very clean and quiet. Parking was convenient. I recommend this place.
