The house was beautiful and had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. Being right on the water, we used the kayaks and watched the sunset. All rooms had their own bathrooms so this is a great house for groups or multiple families.

We really enjoyed the house overall end of the location with proximity to the beach. The house was clean, stocked with all of the necessary items and had plenty of space and activities to entertain both in and outdoors. We were disappointed by the pool area as it was very dark at night, and basically unusable. The pool did not have a light which made it very dangerous, as we could not see kids in the water- we reached out on day two and basically got the run around. The house was a quick walk to the beach, which was great. The beach was clean and not overcrowded as it appeared to be more of a local/family beach.

We stayed with 3 other families during a spring break vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone. The house was clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool, foosball, ping pong tables & movie room. The water view of the channel was breath taking. We were very close to the beach. We watched a few sunrises. Other activities that we enjoyed were nearby go-karting, mini golf & outdoor obstacle course. We would stay there again!

We are frequent beach vacation renters in different locations on the east coast. This was by far the lowest quality property for the money we have rented. Here are some specifics: 1. As other reviewers have noted - this property needs a deep cleaning and more maintenance. Most visible surfaces were clean but if you look closely under beds, on doors, around furniture and other areas it is dirty. Furniture needs cleaning. 2. Communicating with Vacasa is horrible. You speak with a general customer service agent and get no accurate information. I reached out to get details about the pool and elevator. It took several days to get a response and the information was not accurate. You are not allowed to speak to the actual office in Virginia Beach - and I specifically asked on multiple occasions. 3. The elevator is useless. There are steps to get into the property and on every floor. The elevator barely fit my son's wheelchair - he is 10 - and me. An adult in a full size wheelchair would never fit - or even be able to access the house because the stairs going in. It stopped working completely on our last day and we had to carry our 10 yr wheelchair bound son down 4 levels.

We would come back to this home with our family. Beautiful sunsets off the decks! Loved being on the water. Nice to have 2 dishwashers!

Everything about Am I Dreaming was great except it needs a good cleaning and some repairs. There were cobwebs filled with bugs across the entire kitchen ceiling. The sliding glass doors were filled with dead bugs. Some of the screens were ripped. The carpet was old and stained throughout the second floor. Some of the bulb lights were out. The kitchen drawers were dirty inside. It truly is a great house and perfect for families - just needs a good cleaning.

For the amount of money paid to rent a house it should be perfect. That was not the case. The house was not clean and toilet paper holders and towel racks were broken off the wall and set on the floor. I took about 60 pictures and that wasn’t everything that was wrong. There was trash, bugs, some beds looked slept in, couch had nasty spots on it, mold in the refrigerator, this is just to list some of the stuff wrong. It was very disappointing considering I had to spend an extra $1700 on top of what the house already cost to have a special event. Y’all really dropped the ball taking over from Sandbridge realty. I feel bad for the owner bc it is a beautiful house and it’s not kept clean.

The design of this home is perfect for families traveling with teens, tweens and elders. The second-floor game room with adjacent bedrooms provide separate spaces for adults and youth to congregate and enjoy. The elevator makes movement easy for groceries and individuals with limited mobility. The multiple decks--some covered, some not--allow this home to be enjoyed rain or shine. The spectacular view of the bay through the windows on each floor provides a feeling of being outdoors without enduring the elements. We rented during a hurricane. If the owners upgrade the maintenance. This is a five-star rental.
