The apartment was very clean and despite being on a busy road was very quiet. Close to beach and restaurants.

The condo was well kept and maintained. The manager was very friendly and helpful. Within walking distance to Pop's Sunset Grill, a local market, and surf shop and the beach is just down the road!

We stayed in Unit “B”. It’s a small and updated 1br condo. Perfect, safe & quiet location, very close to Nokomis beach, Pop’s Sunset Grill and Pelican Alley restaurants, Aldi and Publix food stores. Condo is very clean, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king size bed.
We enjoyed our stay and would happily visit again.
Friendly Suggestion: it would be nice to provide a shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your guests in your listing.

This property was exactly how described. Very updated, well stocked clean and a comfortable bed. Couch was very uncomfortable but everything else was great. Loved our stay.

Simple and comfortable. Nice Florida duplex. Very clean, comfortable, kitchen equipped, washer and dryer, comfortable bed! Just OTB "over the bridge" to the beach. Very enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at this one bedroom I bath. The owner was always very responsive to any of our needs. The place was perfect for us neat and clean. A nice outside space with a table and chairs. We would stay here again.

This property is located just 1/2 mile walk to Nokomis Beach and 5 min walk down the road to two great restaurants. I loved the privacy and the ease of our stay. Perfect size for 2-3 people. It's also very accessible to Venice and their beaches as well as an easy drive to Sarasota and about 35 mins to Englewood and Manasota Key. The property is very tidy and had everything we needed. Host was wonderful. Looking forward to returning next year!

Communication was awesome about pre questions I had and check in process. Unit was very clean and perfect for our couple getaway. Lots of items to help stay be comfortable, close walk to beach. A more comfortable couch would have been great and a bigger mirror in bedroom, but that is being nit picky. A full 5 star review from us, will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The apartment itself is pristine, recently updated and well appointed with everything we needed. It is a 5 minute walk to beautiful Nokomis beach. Hope to stay here again.

This property was just remodeled and was very clean and well maintained. Very close to the Nokomis beach and two very good restaurants. Pops and Pelican Alley. Good parking.. Kitchen had all apliances and even a washer dryer. I would recommend this condo to those who want close access to the beach and a calm setting to relax. Mangement was very helpful to make the stay a welcoming experience.

This “B” unit is nicely remodeled with a modern minimalist vibe and has great proximity to Nokomis beach and restaurants. We especially enjoyed walking easily to the beach for evening sunsets.
As owners of a short term rental ourselves we would like to offer some constructive feedback to make it more guest friendly:
- the futon is very uncomfortable especially when watching tv so we would recommend a substantial sofa.
- the LR rug has rolled edges which could be a tripping hazard. A weightier one would be safer.
- the kitchen tho mostly well equipped lacked a few basics like a baking sheet, wine glasses, serving bowls and pot holders.
- the bedroom bed/bedding was comfortable yet the room needs a dresser and mirror.

The location was not far from the beach. We walked it a couple times, and drove over when we had more things to haul for the whole day. It’s in a quiet neighborhood. The unit had everything we needed for cooking, for the beach, and the washer & dryer was a great plus.
Enjoyed ourselves…will be back.

The newly renovated property was exactly as described in the listing and is located in a safe neighborhood. It has a fully equipment kitchen, good sized bedroom and walk-in closet. The property is centrally located to Nokomis beach and many great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures were not what we walked into. We were thinking the beach was there and that it was a private house. It was a tiny space with no TV in the bedroom. Didn't even stay one night

Newly renovated, very quiet, and loved that it was immaculately clean! Greatly appreciated having coffee supplies on hand. ~6 minute walk down the road to Pop's Sunset Grill, Nokomis Beach, and jet ski, boat, and kayak rentals.

The property was very clean and comfortable. I enjoyed the little extra touch provided with the Animal Crackers. I always enjoy having a washer and dryer at my stays. I was working so did not really get a chance to enjoy the sitting area.

We needed an alone getaway from kids and work. The condo is beautifully decorated. Everything you might need, super location, and spacious. Extra towels/linens, full kitchen utensils supplied if needed, stacked washer/dryer also.
Only minor issue(s), TV wouldn't work for channels. Unit may need additional AC unit in the bedroom for direct cooling.
We were fishing during the day, and none of the minor issues spoiled our wonderful stay or experience. Attila was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent again.

This property is a must if you want to be close to the beaches and downtown Venice. Easy drive to both. The unit itself was immaculate. Cute, clean, and quiet. A perfect little getaway. My wife and I absolutely loved our stay. And the host… Amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

This place was awesome. Super clean, comfortable, convenient. Short walk to the beach, close to grocery stores and restaurants. Our favorite place so far and we'll come back again in a couple of months.

Wonderful condo close to Nokomis beach
Nicely remodeled condo that sleeps 3, just a short walk from nokomis beach, couple of minutes away from Publix, shops and restaurants. Great location to visit other beaches- Siesta key, Lido and longboat key, venice beaches. Well equipped kitchen and very responsive and helpful host. Great seafood and other restaurants nearby. We had a wonderful stay.
