This two-bedroom, two bathroom property is the perfect place for a stay in the Lake Okoboji area. The house is very clean with very nice/quality amenities, including in the bathrooms and bedrooms. The location is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the “main drag” of bars, restaurants, and shops in the Arnold’s Park area, but is easily walkable for a hassle free, fun time! The owner was a pleasure to work with and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay and birthday celebration weekend. Highly recommend this gem.

Our first time visiting the area. The rental was great! It was very clean and modern. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the covered porch and seeing the lake over the houses across the street. It was a short walk to restaurants and shops. We brought kayaks so we appreciated having enough parking room for our truck and gear. Communication with host was very good. Would definitely come back!

We had a great time….the location is great…walking distance to Arnolds Park-shopping-places to eat and local bars. Extremely clean and they had everything you needed there. Loved it! ❤️

As relatively new to VRBO, this set the bar so high. We loved that it was within walking distance of so many places. The property was so clean, well kept, and well stocked. It was the perfect place for our family to gather.

This rental is beautiful. You can tell everything is new, and it was extremely clean. Lots of kitchen items available for you to use also. The 2 bedroom/2 bath and spacious living/dining area gave us so much room to use. It was so inviting, we actually spent more time on site that we had planned. I would definitely recommend.

The pictures don’t do the listing justice. New construction and up to date appliances, and furniture. Very clean and modern. Great WiFi and Smart TV. Walking distance to some great restaurants and shopping, Communication with host was excellent.The place had everything you need to make our stay very comfortable. Would love to come back. Great place to stay and right across the street from a crystal clear lake! Even was able to catch a lot of bass right from the bank! Awesome owners were always available if needed. Highly recommend.

Clean and new property
This was clean and new. It had many additional items in the kitchen and bathrooms which was nice. The outdoor patio was nice and we had a view the lake by looking over the houses across the street. It was a good location and close to everything.

This property is new and beautiful! There are two very spacious bedrooms with walk-in closets and attached bathrooms so perfect for two couples to spread out. We were there for biking, and it was a very convenient location. Great kitchen set-up and also close to many restaurants.

We arrived on a Thursday with temps near 90°. By Friday evening, it was in the low 50s. We couldn't find a thermostat, but decided we'd see how it was the next day. I found the phone number to call Shane, called and left hin a message telling him it was cold. He returned the call Sunday around 2 pm. Didn't know he had guests but the heat was now on. We left that morning around 8:30.
The unit was very nice, and other than the cold, enjoyed our time there. We would suggest some kind of path from the parking area to the cement patio. With rain, it would have been pretty sloppy to walk through.
