We had a 2 bedroom so it was very spacious especially compared to many other hotels in Tokyo

Would prefer if room service was available.

Good location, near two train lines and quieter part of town. Good value for money. Laundry easy to use and handy to have. Lockers to store luggage on check out is useful. Excellent location to get to Disney with minimal fuss. Good snacks and tea/coffee in pharmacy next door as well as 7-11 at the hotel itself.

I asked for the room layout without the bunk beds directly outside the door to the bedroom. And asked again at check in. But we got that room layout anyway, which was irritating. Apartment not cleaned, just towel changed... but when you are cooking and eating the room can get dirty and need more frequent vacuuming. Neither issue would stop us from staying there though, they are just small things.

Hotel was spacious compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Property was quiet and was away from loud areas hence it was easy to relax. Staff were definitely friendly and helpful! They can also hold your luggage for free!

Warm, comfortable, clean (spotless) and perfectly thought out accommodation. So convenient to trains, convenience stores, shops and restaurants. On Level 2, there were fabulous and several coin operating washing machines and separate clothes dryers to use. They would automatically dispense washing detergent too - so no need to add any. 300 yen for a quick 30 minute wash and 100 Yen for 20 mins of drying. (We needed 40mins of dryer use, so put in 200 Yen straight up and you'll get 40 minutes automatically). A lovely, spacious area near reception to catch up with friends. You can purchase other amenities like slippers if needed. Luggage forwarding: They kindly received and stored our luggage that was forwarded (approx 500 yen per luggage per night was quoted initially although they charged us only 2000 Yen for 3 suitcases for about 4 nights storage). They use Yamato services - so convenient and I highly recommend using this service. Convenient location to everything including all brands of convenient stores and a larger supermarket 4 mins walk away. 7-eleven next door! A pharmacy a few doors down.

We stayed in January, Winter. Our room was quite warm and the air very dry. I couldn't adjust the room temperature. There was an air purifier with humidifier but it didn't do too much to add moisture back into the room. Not a whole lot of room to put suitcases (just coped with 3 suitcases in our One-Bedroom Family Apartment)

Great location, restaurant at reception was a great convenience and a 7/11 with great convenience meals right next door. Room was comfortable and very clean. Great basic amenities in the room, bathroom was very clean, laundry room was great, washers and dryers were quick and gentle on clothes.

The room shape was not exactly what I saw on bookings.com when I first booked the hotel there was a floor plan and I had hoped to get that type of room space as we have 2 little kids I was looking for something specific. Though we made do it felt a little tight

It was central to everything to tour Tokyo with kids and good space. Very clean.

Hard to find a place for bags but that is most hotels in Japan.

Not as near to the Tokyo station Almost 20-30 mins walk

Mini kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils. The hotel provides skincare sachets. The hotel is very near to Hatchobori station. Very accessible to everywhere.

The lifts during checkout hours. I had to wait very long to get into a lift to go down to the ground floor.

I believe we got the most spacious room we could find - 700 sqft, 2 bedrooms, 2 toilets. Perfect for a family with 3 kids. but of course it comes with a premium. nice space in living room for kids to play. washing machine was super helpful as we could do laundry everyday.

Bed under edge is quite sharp so if accidentally knock the feet it will cause scratches n very very painful. A few of us had experience it

This is a wonderful property! It is a newer property (2022) and was very clean, accessible, family friendly and most of all, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as well as it was close to attractions (Disneyland, teamLab Planets, museums, shopping (Ginza), Imperial Palace, Sky Tree) and the subway station was right across the street from the hotel. The room was comfortable for a family of five, which included a child. Our room (1406) was a two-bedroom with a living room, dining room, kitchen (fully stocked), and washer/dryer combo which was nice. The trash was picked up daily from our room and towels were changed daily as well. We were on the top floor and also had an unobstructed view of the Tokyo Sky Tree. There are plenty of restaurants nearby including a Denny's, and there is a 7 & i, similar to a 7/11, downstairs along with a restaurant attached to the property, but unaffiliated to the property.

I had two concerns with our room. First, the beds were rock solid and on a scale of one to ten the beds were a three at a best as far a comfortability goes. It would really help if there were mattress toppers or some layer of softness provided; same goes for the pillows as well. My second concern is we were there for a week and while they clean the rooms every three days, the only things I could see cleaned were the bedding was changed, the toilets were cleaned, I think, and the floors were vacuumed, otherwise, the showers, the sinks, and the kitchen all appeared in the same condition: the sinks, fixtures and mirrors had the same water spots day after day. It would be helpful if the property provided cleaning supplies or at least a multipurpose cleaner that guests could use to clean after themselves.

Location, cleanliness, staff were friendly

Nice and neat, modern, stylish, bright and warm design, friendly and professional service from onsite staffs. Apartment setting with mini kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms. Bathroom is great and very spacious with both shower area and bath tub. Sofa and dining table in the living room are spacious and comfortable. The bed’s firmness is comfortable . Tea bags and coffees are always available for refill in the lobby. They are also tasty. Although some walking distance (about 15 to 20 min) from Tokyo Station or Ginza Uniqlo, it’s still a convenient location with lots of convenient stores and small tasty restaurants. The coin laundry machine includes laundry detergent, and that’s thoughtful.

1) Missing hand washing cleanser in the toilet room, and the hand washing sink there is too small. 2) The single bed is too small for adult to share with toddler.

The staff were excellent. They spoke English well and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We found the quiet location perfect for our family - especially when we discovered how close we were to Tokyo Station. Hatchabori station was super close, so this made transport using the subway easy! Room was spacious and good amenities!

Within a block radius there aren't many family friendly venues to eat, however if you walk a bit further this is circumvented with the help of Tokyo Station. We received fresh towles daily but would of be useful to have trash can's emptied.

Great family room with kitchen and dining area. Compact but great use of space. Appreciated having a separate room for adults. Very helpful staff at reception. Convenience store right at the door. Easy access to the metro - used a pass to get everywhere we wanted to go.

Maybe next time would stay in a different area closer to tourist spots.

Big space for family

Locations between two stations with access to 2 lines was super convenient. Supermarket just around the corner. The apartments are generous in space for Tokyo and well equipped. Everything is up to date and in excellent repair. Bathrooms are the best I have seen in various accommodation around Japan. Cleanliness is of excellent standard. We were very comfortable for 9 night stay. Staff are very helpful and communicate well in English.

Nothing deal breaking! Just minor things: not always easy to find info on your website. Eg access to irons and ironing boards. Could do with a few extra hooks on the bathroom wall for towels and toiletry bags- the room was for 4 people, there was one hook on the wall and 2 towel rails (shower door).

Great apartment rooms with good amenities. Kitchen and washing machine is a god-send for families with children. Livingroom is spacious for babies to crawl around. Bathrooms are clean with good shower pressure. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, near train station. Front desk staff was helpful and kind. Housekeeping was great.

Comfortable enough for a damily especially with a child. Near the train station and have a lot of restaurants and pharmacy/seven eleven nearby.

While it is near hibiya Station, it does take some understanding to move around the massive tokyo metro line to get around more efficiently
