Lovely property and walking distance to everythin

The house is comfortably and tastefully furnished to a high standard with sufficient room to allow 6 adults to find their own space. The kitchen is well equipped with all the accessories that you could ever require to cook an enjoyable meal.
The porch allows you the opportunity to enjoy the quiet neighborhood and the interior space was impeccably clean.
The house is located within 2 blocks of the town center with an easy walk to the delights offered by Clayton.
Should we return to Clayton, this would definitely be somewhere that would be delightful to stay there again.

This house was exactly as advertised and better. Great neighborhood, location, walk ability and home. We cooked 4 out of the 5 nights and the kitchen was perfectly appointed. Everything was as advertised and better and will definitely stay there again upon our return.

We had an absolutely fantastic 10 day vacation at your beautiful home. Everything was impeccable - clean, well-organized, and tastefully furnished with modern amenities. The location of the house was perfect for exploring the Clayton, NY area, as everything we needed was within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed the delightful coffee house, the scenic river walk, and the abundance of restaurants nearby.
Our children were delighted by the thoughtful touch of the snack jar and the convenience of having a playground just a short walk/bike ride away. But what truly stood out to us was the extraordinary shower and the incredibly comfortable beds. Even after returning home, we can't stop raving about them!
Thank you for providing us with such a wonderful vacation experience. We highly recommend your home to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in the Clayton, NY area.

I wish we would’ve been able to stay longer! The location is perfect for getting to the river area where you will find places to eat and shop. I loved all the thoughtful touches in the home. Plenty of places to charge your phones - even out on the porch! There were cozy blankets for use on the porch. The coffee station and snacks were greatly appreciated. The shower was fabulous with the rainfall shower head and the body soap smelled amazing! We are hoping to get back to Clayton and this home again and hopefully stay a little longer.

This home is clean, newly renovated, beautifully decorated, comfortable and in a GREAT neighborhood - walking distance to LOTS of wonderful activities and restaurants. We all desperately needed a relaxing, fun vacation and this home and location exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully renovated with very thoughtful touches like blankets and bug spray on the front porch, a well equipped kitchen, and beach towels for swims. Perfect location with a short walk to shops and restaurants. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive.

From the moment we walked in we were so impressed with the cleanliness and there are so many "extras" the owners had... snack jar, cold bottled water in the fridge, Kuerig coffee cups, fans in the bedrooms, the linens on the beds and the towels in the bathroom were top of the line. Just an awesome place and within walking distance to everything in town. We enjoyed the furniture on the porch very much. There were throws for the porch and even bug spray! We have stayed at other VBRO places in other towns and states but this one rates up on top for all the little things that the owners did to make our stay comfortable and nice. 5 stars aren't enough!
