The location of the property was very convenient. The flat had everything we needed. It was tidy and reasonably clean. It has a nice view looking at the back street. Overall it was a great choice of accommodation for the two days we stayed.
The wifi password did not work so we had to call the flat management to raise the issue. Although, the reply with a correct password was quick, the message did not reach us until the morning of the day after - apparently because there were no internet and the phone signal was weak. The other improvement I would suggest is to put better curtains/blinds on the window facing the back street and the opposite flats.

they had to create a matching lounge bedroom area with colours , bed was comfortable
Bathroom not cleaned properly , paint work and finish was not great - bath mat dirty and sides of the bath.
cutlery dirty and loads of forks but only 1 teaspoon and 2 knives and they were dirty. Rest of the kitchen was fine. Cups and plates, etc. Cafeteria dirty too.
No ironing board and iron leaked - asked for details on ironing board no response !

Perfect location , by the station , the staffs were great polite and very helpful, no complaints about that .
The sheets were not very clean some stains , the apt was the same as he looked like he has been rush , the cleaner was still in it !!! Same inside for the price , you would have love to see a small box with tea coffee.. available.. just a few .. and sample shower gel etc .. the pictures on the wall wasn’t straight, and some towels was left from the previous stay, behind the door in the living room .. them my room was change the last minute from second floor to fourth floor.. a little bit disappointed..
