The location was convenient for all our needs. The home just wasn’t as clean as we’d like it to be every bathroom need attention and deep clean, mold in showers, floor tile not locked in 3rd floor bathroom rarely flushed. Food stains on kitchen tile. The kitchen stove went out and the basement steps are dangerous. There was a creepy doll hanging in the backyard/neighbord backyard. Very unsettling

This rental was conveniently located and the host was very helpful in guiding us to find parking. There was plenty of room for all of us and we were delighted to find a small fenced in yard! Never heard our neighbors so the sound proofing must be good as well. Had a great stay!

We needed a large place for our big family to celebrate Thanksgiving and this place was great! We had 5 people sleeping, and were back and forth between my daughter’s house in Fishtown. Close to grocery stores, coffee shops, and there was a lot to do in Philly. Highly recommend. We will stay there again.

Location was close to everything we wanted to do. Parking was never an issue. Markets and stores are close.

Was surprised how overall it was a quiet neighborhood. Never had a problem parking with the 2 cars we brought. Always could find a spot in front of right or across the street. Every time. And we came and went alot over our stay! Pretty much 10-15 minutes from everything we needed or wanted to do.

Easy checkin, good location. Property is in decent shape, third floor gets hot. There were quite a bit of flies, my suggestions for host would be to add an electric fan on the third floor and get some fly traps in there.

Our family came together from across the US to celebrate a milestone birthday and wanted to be near our niece in fishtown. The location was perfect and the house was large enough for us all to have space. It’s clear the property was recently upgraded and the care in the renovation was evident. We will definitely consider renting again in the future.
