We booked for our daughter’s wedding which was next door at the JX Venue. Many friends and family stayed at near by hotels which were all within walking distance as were many restaurants and bars! It was thee perfect place to pull off wedding weekend! Suzanne took very good care of us at all times if anything was needed.
And the VRBO is exactly how it is presented.

Loved this space so much !!!! It was such a unique place and our whole crew loved it. Close to so many places (within walking distance) and comfy beds and beautiful kitchen. Lots of TVs for my kids who had football on and we loved the pool table. Would love to stay again!

The property was very nice, clean, and the manager was so easy to communicate with. She granted early checkin and check out. Never had any issues, great experience.

We stayed here as a family for a wedding next door for the whole weekend and used the place on the wedding day for the getting ready suite. It worked out wonderfully with enough space for everyone to get ready. We could not recommend this place enough!

Suzanne the host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Her place is a wonderful area close to everything Stillwater has to offer. Everything was incredibly tidy and well stocked, even providing snacks at check in and k cup pods for our group. I cannot speak highly enough of both the host and her property, would absolutely recommend to anyone and would stay here again!

Wow was this a treat as felt the history of the “old post office” within each aspect of the Penthouse. Booked last minute to see my brother and his family and could not be happier. Literally was so easy and set up perfectly. Walking distance to all the cool town stuff. 5 stars for sure! Host made everything smooth and seamless. You won’t be disappointed!

Fantastic place to stay with our large family ((including 2 children) gathering for a wedding nearby. The space is huge, comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor space, large kitchen and pool room. In the heart of Stillwater. Highly recommend!

The location of this property is perfect! Two blocks from the Main Street and walking distance to everything yet tucked away enough so you have a private quiet place to stay. Highly recommend!

This place had it all. Perfect location, awesome host, clean place with all the amenities. Our bachelorette crew had a great time here! It is in walking distance to downtown Stillwater. The host was so nice and quick to respond. 10/10 recommend!

I can’t say enough good things about this property. My girls and I spent the weekend for my bachelorette party and it truly was the perfect place. We could walk anywhere we needed or wanted to go, the house is INCREDIBLE, and was even better than the pictures on the listing. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would!

This place was amazing! I had my bachelorette party here this past weekend and it was perfect. Our host was responsive, accommodating and thoughtful! We arrived to snacks on the counter and everything was immaculate. The beds were comfy, the space for getting ready was huge and beautiful and everything was about a block away. Would recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Penthouse was absolutely perfect in every way! Location, quality beds & linens, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully decorated! My family loved staying here for my daughter’s wedding at the JX. Suzanne was wonderful to deal with!

The owners were great to work with and the house was perfect. It was so cute and made the trip so much more fun. The location was unbeatable and we were able to walk to all the shops during the day and have great bar and restaurant life at night. There was great parking as well. We can’t stress this enough how great this property is! We found an absolute gem to celebrate my moms birthday!

The pictures do not do this property justice! It was clean, plenty spacious for our group of 10, and came equipped with everything we could have needed. The location was an added bonus - the downtown bars, restaurants and shops were just steps from our front door. Having stayed in several rental properties across the US, we all agreed that this place was among the best. Will absolutely be back!

The Penthouse does not disappoint! We had 8 ladies in town for a bachelorette weekend and this space is just perfect. The master bathroom is made to get ready for a night out with multiple vanities to get ready at. The kitchen and outdoor dining area are wonderful and everything is fully stocked. The bedding and living furniture is crazy comfy. Truly an exceptional place to stay that is right in the center of Stillwater’s downtown area.

Such a lovely place for our bachelorette party. Space was large enough for 11 ladies and bonus was extra sitting areas for hanging out. The kitchen was stocked for cooking meals and we were given towels/blankets/toiletries to use. The location is one block off of Main St and plenty of restaurants/bars/things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We rented the penthouse to be close to the Gopher badger race last Saturday morning. We decided to make a weekend out of it before kids return to college and the space was absolutely perfect for our group with four teenagers and young adults plus adults. Every detail was in order for us. We planned a menu and prepared a lot of food at home given the race. However, after the race we were able to take a short walk to downtown Stillwater and enjoy the shops and restaurants. Strongly recommend this for your stay in Stillwater!

The Penthouse is first class all the way! Located right downtown, you can park your car in their private parking lot with no worries. Check in is a breeze. Our hosts had a huge bowl of cheese, crackers, snacks, fruit and chocolates for us when we arrived. The Penthouse offers plenty of space! Furnishing are all top of the line! There were 9 women and we never felt crowded. The hosts are near by to be your personal concierges. We needed to find transportation for our group of 9 to go on a kayaking trip. Greg offered the use of his van and Renee offered to be our personal chauffeur!!! She was amazing with giving us a tour of Stillwater and showing us a great time! Thank you Greg, Suzanne and Renee for making our trip amazing! I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you book the Penthouse!!! 😊

This place deserves 6 stars!! Upon an early and very much appreciated check-in, Renee greeted us with fresh flowers, Wisconsin cheeses, and other local goodies. From booking to checking out, our stay here was seamless. The vacation home is spotless, beautifully appointed and has many conversation spaces to start and end the day in. We will be back!!

Penthouse extraordinaire
Wonderful, large penthouse beautifully furnished in the pristine river town of Stillwater MN. My family enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel right at home. Centrally located to fun food, drink, activities, and great walking trails. And, of course the St Croix river! Stillwater penthouse, living the good life!
