We booked this property for a winter Ladies Retreat-10 of us stayed over and 4 that drove in for the days. It was absolutely perfect! The bedrooms are spacious, have the most comfy mattresses and bedding and have wonderful charging/reading lamps beside each side of the bed for convenience. There are 3 lovely bathrooms that were fully stocked with all you’d need and room to hang towels and more for our group. The place was spotless, fresh and bright upon our arrival and fully stocked with all the kitchenware you could need as we cooked for ourselves over the 3 days. The WiFi, tv service and cozy living room were great for movie nights after a hard day of playing cards and knitting. 10/10 would recommend this property.

We had a family celebration for two family members who were celebrating there 80th birthday's. It is an awesome place had everything we needed. We would differently recommend to anyone.

We loved staying at the house!! We didnt want to leave. We brought our dog and electric scooters. We loved going for walks and scooter rides by the water. We watched the sunset, had a relaxing dip in the hottub, and grilled steaks on the bbq. Lots of towels and ammenities supplied. Beautiful yard, great big house, huge t.v, comfy couches, I could go on and on!!

We had 10 family members staying from ages or 63 to 6 weeks old. A great place to accommodate all age groups needs. This property had a bunch of extras we didn’t expect and was pleasantly surprised. It made our stay extra special. House is extremely clean and well stocked with plates and stem wear and dishes that was perfect for toddlers. Lots of stuff to do inside should it rain and your not able to go to the beach. Nice touch having internet that works and charging stations to accommodate tablets, phones of all types. Thank you for making our family holiday a memorable one. The host is extremely accommodating and responds to your inquiries promptly.

A quick getaway at Sylvan Lake was just what we were looking for. The house had everything we needed, walking distance to the lake, and a large yard for our dog. There is a lot of space that would be ideal for a gathering of family or friends.

This house was perfect for our group! We had four couples and one single person and two kids under two and three doggies. Upstairs has two rooms with queen beds and then another room with a king bed with a smaller room connected to it with another queen bed. Perfect for people with kids. The main level had a room with a king bed and another room with a double bottom bunk and twin upper. Lots of space and fully fenced for the dogs and super close to the water to ice fish. Would definitely come again!

We really enjoyed our time at this home. Great space perfect for mixed families. 2 main floor bedrooms with a full bath. Spacious kitchen and dinning room. Lots of seating in the living room that overlooks the deck and hot tub.
Upstairs has the remaining bedrooms. The upper master is great for people with little ones as their is a bedroom added onto this space. The beds are very nice and so is the bedding. 5 star luxury. The kitchen has everything one could need. Great location only a long block to the lake. Great outdoor space as well. Home is still under a bit of construction but well worth it for a large group.

We were 6 adults. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the hot tub. The game room was a lot of fun. We took a great dane and a cat and they had beds and dishes for them, too. It showed that they care for the house and for us. Definitely will go again!!!

Family was coming for Christmas and we didn’t have enough beds for them. This place did! Great location, very well stocked and great communication with the owner! Found out after the fact that friends had rented it last summer. Will definitely recommend if we know someone looking for a place to stay.

Great host; very communicative, home well stocked (paper towels etc). Plenty of bedrooms with top notch bedding. Nice big couch - and TV - for all to enjoy. So important in a rental home.

This house is AMAZING! Due to the house's funky design and awesome outdoor areas, it is incredibly spacious and ideal for a larger group. I was impressed with how well equipt the property was with towels, cloths, soap, garbage bags, etc. I was even more impressed by the vast selection of kitchenware including more plates than you can count, multiple styles of glasses, a decent knife block, oven mitts, trivets, baking sheets, a large stockpot perfect for group meals, ice machine, etc. On top of that, every drawer/cabinet in the kitchen was labeled making it easy to find all the tools available—the owner truly thought of everything!
The owner responded quickly to messages and was accommodating to our group. As well, the proximity to the lake is as advertised in the listing.
Our team would love to stay here again in future years!

This house is HUGE and perfectly located for access to everything in Sylvan. Our kids and dogs had so much fun - and we enjoyed ourselves too. The landlord was very responsive, answered all of our questions quickly. We loved this place and hope to stay again in the future!

Great location, lots of comfortable bedrooms, very nicely equipped kitchen. House was clean, great living room with comfortable seating and huge TV. Fenced yard is a big bonus for the pups and little ones. Nice outdoor seating areas and lots of parking. Wonderful experience overall. Look forward to checking out the availability next year when the AC is installed.
