This property had plenty of room and plenty of activities to keep people entertained. We were there simply to spend time together not to visit the parks. The pool was serviced multiple times during the week we were there so it stayed crystal clear. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, silverware and glasses, but could use a few more pans, serving bowls, and also measuring cups and spoons. It’s fairly new so I’m sure that will come in time. We would stay again!

We stayed at this property with 8 high school seniors. We loved everything. The upstairs was perfect for them to hang out together. The rooms were super nice and the theming was neat. The game room and pool were also great to have access to. We even saw an alligator in the evenings.

We stayed in this home as an extended family of 14. The layout of the home was great and the house had plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and themed rooms were awesome! Everyone loved this house! Only suggestion would be to have another refrigerator as it got really full quickly with the large number of people. Otherwise, it was amazing!

We had fun. The pool cushions were moldy. There was hardly any hot water. I had several cold showers . And some of the house had parts that weren’t finished. No dust pan. Had to call several times. When we got there only a one cup coffee maker for a house for 23. But the space was awesome. Game room was fun. Was way over priced. But overall we had a great time!

The house was spacious, very clean and accommodates large families. The kitchen was well stocked. The kids loved watching alligators in the back pond.

The only negative comment is related to the refrigerator. We notified the contact that it was not working properly. She visited twice. Initially she told our 18 year old granddaughter that it was because we had so many people getting in and out Of the fridge/freezer. However, our granddaughter pointed out to her that no one was at the house the entire day as we were at the Disney park. Therefore, no one was using the fridge/freezer. We contacted again and was told they’d send someone out to check it. I’m assuming it was the same lady came out and this time the adults were home. She told my husband they’d send a technician out. This was on Wednesday. Finally, a technician arrived on Friday. We left on Saturday. My comment was, at least it would be working for your next guest. We lost a few items in the freezer (wouldn’t even make ice) so wasn’t the money lost but the inconvenience of not having cold milk and not having ice available in the hot weather. Otherwise, top notch.

Had a couple of issues which were quickly tended to. Spent 6 weeks here - 2 of those with 8 family members. Plenty of space for a big group. Quiet. Well maintained. Near Disney.

This was our first time renting a home and it has set the bar super high for the future. The home was exactly as it was marketed, even better. So clean, everything in its place that we needed, the home was so spacious and the pool was such a hit. We cooked in often and the kitchen and the appliances were all too notch. Each bedroom was super comfy and we cannot wait to book another trip back. From booking to checking out everything was flawless! Bonus features was the neighborhood pools.

Great property for a large family. Everyone agreed that the beds were comfortable and the house well appointed. Movie room and game room were a huge hit with the entire family! The pool and hot tub were much needed after long days at Disney parks.

The property was exactly as pictured. The beds were bigger than expected and so comfy! We were so impressed by this house when we walked in, neighborhood was calm, quiet, and beautiful. House was clean throughout. About 20-30 min away from universal depending on traffic but it was an easy commute. Can’t wait to stay here again.

This house had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool and adults loved the hot tub. House located in not far from Disney parks. My kids enjoyed watching the gators in pond behind the house.

Very nice location, clean, tons of space

We had a fairly large group with all age ranges and the property was enjoyed by everyone. Everything was exactly as shown online and we were very pleased. The only drawback to the property is that it is loud as there is very little cloth to absorb sound so everything echoes. We did have a very loud group so it may just have been our party. Overall I would highly recommend this property as the owners were very responsive as were the managers and it provides a very comfortable experience for all.

All in all this property worked out well for our family as we had a large group of family members headed to Disney for a couple days. The house is a good size with plenty of space to stretch out. The pool, game room and community amenities were all major bonuses for our family and worked out well. All the parks are within 20-30 minutes of the house which was very convenient. The couple of issues we had with the place was some of the floors, especially in the bathroom were not very clean and they don't leave you any cleaning supplies. I believe we had one roll of paper towels and a small thing of dish soap, that was it. The kitchen had the basics but definitely lacked some items that you would hope for in a place that is designed for week long stays or more. Lastly, they charge you for a grill and to heat the pool. The heating of the pool is pretty standard except they give no guarantees about the pool being actually heated during your stay and promise you no refund. However if you do anything not up to what they deem as standard, it will cost you. The theater room was a hit with the kids, however a lot of the seats in the room where not functioning correctly and felt a bit cheap. We would stay here again, now that we know what to expect or not expect from the company.

Property was clean and exactly as advertised. We had plenty of space even with a large family; the playroom was great. The pool was nice, and having a corner lot overlooking the small lake made a huge difference. The community pools were worth visiting, wish we’d made time to visit them more often.

We will be back! This place is 5star+!!!! It’s a beautiful home just as pictured! Took us 20min to get to all the Disney resorts! It’s clean! It’s beautiful! 15 of us and we all had our own space! The only thing I would change is the kitchen pans are lacking and it could use some dish rags to clean up after cooking. This place is amazing!

The experience we had was outstanding. The home was beautiful and had plenty of room for our group. It was nice having the pool and hot tub heated. The view from the pool area was great! The birds and gators made for great entertainment and tranquility. I really appreciated the communication with the owner and would highly recommend this home to others.

My extended family stayed here for 2 weeks over Christmas and it was the perfect house for our needs. They even provided a Christmas tree! The kids loved the game room, the adults loved the theater, and everyone loved the pool. The kid bedrooms that connected to the parent bedrooms were an added bonus that made everyone more comfortable. Overall it was the best home we've ever rented, and we hope to stay here again on future trips to Orlando!

We stayed for eight nights in this house for our Disney World and Universal Orlando vacation. The house easily accommodated our group of 15 with plenty of room to spare. The themed bedrooms, game room, and theater room were big hits! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the staff was very responsive to our needs. We loved having a TV in every room. The only con we experienced was having no cell reception in the entire neighborhood where the house resides (Verizon and AT&T). WiFi in the house was very good, which helped overcome the lack of cell reception. Overall, it was a great experience and a great vacation!

My siblings, our spouses and our kids went on a family vacation and chose this rental property in Kissimmee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect! The amount of space for all of us was amazing. Everything was clean and tidy and communication with Diamond Rental was seamless. We are so impressed with them and will plan on going back to rent with them in the future!

Great location and great price

It was the perfect house for our family of 16…4 couples and 8 children. Convenient to Disney properties and perfect for non-Disney days! We will definitely use again!

House was great and true to pictures. The community was also very nice and facilities well maintained. Had trouble figuring out the home theater and property manager came out quickly and resolved the issue. Only downside to house is it's at least a 20+ minute drive to pretty much anywhere: Universal, Disneyworld, grocery store etc. Not a big deal but something to consider depending on how you like to vacation. Overall would definitely recommend this house and stay there again!

Really enjoyed our stay Diamond are really helpful House was amazing and kids loved the theme rooms Definatly need the pool heating on Our one complaint was that the club house wasn’t finished on our site but you could use the other ones just need to have a car to drive there but you need transport to go anywhere in Kissimmee About 45 mins from universal Disney about 20 mins We used Uber as care hire wax very expensive Uber worked really well for us but needed two cars ax there were 8 of us Would definatly recommend this villa and letting company

The property was exactly as described. It was accommodating for our entire family of 7 adults, 3 kids and a baby. It was very close to the Disney properties and many other activities in the area. Storey Lake is a very large property so we were about a 5 minute drive to the clubhouse area. It would be nice if properties had access to pak n play, high chairs, grills etc. in the home instead of renting or bringing your own. These cost add up including heating of a hot tub. We would stay at this property again.
