Ditch the hotels! If you are in State College (most likely for a PSU event) this is a perfect apartment for 6 people. It was clean, cozy and comfortable. It had all the comforts of home. Nicely decorated with a kitchen & bathroom stocked with everything you need. The beds were super comfy with nice linens. Bonus game room was pretty cool too!

My family enjoyed our stay in Bellfonte. Close to State College and a lovely town. We walked everywhere! The home was so interesting. My husband loved the pac-man!

Apartment is just as represented. The interior is old style brick, beautiful wood floors, and classic interior decorating, combined with latest appliances and fixtures in kitchen and bathroom, and very comfortable bedrooms. Country-style setting in Bellefonte adds to the appeal. I will definitely return.

We loved our stay at this cute and charming apartment that had so much character. It was definitely accommodating for a family of 5. The location was great, all local attractions were a short drive away. Talleyrand Park and some local restaurants were a very short walk away. Our host, Bob, was always responsive and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend!

Property was great - and due to an unplanned personal emergency we needed to extend our stay and the owner gave us a great deal and really helped us out!

Communication with host and check in were easy, no problems at all. Property was in a great location, short walk to downtown restaurants and park. The apartment was really cute with lots of whimsical ‘surprises’ throughout and the beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice and roomy. Overall, we had a great stay, and our dog enjoyed it too. We’d stay here again.

The unit is beautifully decorated, with generous supplies of linens, towels, and kitchen supllies. The owner responded quickly to all questions. The building is old and common areas could use some upkeep, but once inside, you'll have all the comforts of home.

We loved our stay in Bellefonte. The getaway has so much character and charm. The location was perfect for us. We walked to nearby restaurants and attractions. It was nice to be away from the business of State College, yet be so close to events at University Park. Communication was easy! A great stay overall.

Delightful renovation of a cute, perfectly located historic property. Besides being absolutely charming inside, it was just a short stroll to everything downtown Bellefonte has to offer, and only a 20 minutes drive to Penn State. Bob was a wonderful host - helpful and friendly at all times. It's obvious he really cares about the space and the people who stay in it! There are dozens of little touches throughout the property that make it particularly memorable. I am going to have to find myself a Boccerball table!!

Great stay in Bellefonte. The apartment is amazing and the location could not be any better. Close to so many restaurants and shops.
