The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and spacious! I loved the layout!
Honestly, just the price. It is probably worth it, but it's just a little out of my comfort zone.

Housekeeping can be offered at least every other day instead of once per week. The BBQ and patio area is common space. The apartment should at least have s balcony.

We stayed here while in town for shows at the Orion Amphitheater. It was just down the road so great location! We loved a little extra room that just a regular hotel can offer. Bed was comfortable, everything perfectly cleaned when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

I thought that each apartment would have a private outdoor space. The courtyard was lovely but we did not use it because there is no smoking in the courtyard.

Location, size of room.
Three day stay, three nights with the fire alarm going off. The second night at 8:30pm, the third night at 10:15pm, both after my 4 year old daughter was asleep. When we called to find out what was going on the second night, we were told by a laughing front desk employee "oh, the fire marshall thinks one of the detectors may have some paint in it which causes false alarms". That's reassuring, and not very helpful. Would NOT recommend this hotel for families with small children.
