Very nice and everything we expected and more.

We loved the home- beautiful maintained property in a great area. Communication with the property manager was easy and they were very accommodating.

Beautiful home with a nice outdoor area. Very nice, peaceful neighborhood. Pool and spa were very nice. Cannot heat spa and pool at the same time- did not know that until we got our instructions. Some supplies at the house were minimal- and we had to purchase our own. Grill might need to be really cleaned or new burners as it was either very hot or not. Overall- was a great stay. Those few issues would not deter us from staying again.

We have family in the Phoenix area so this home was perfectly in the middle of them for ease of visiting and access to attractions. The house is huge and has a lot of space to separate yourself if you prefer quiet spaces. It was stocked with everything we needed to cook including some spices so that was a huge plus! Kitchen and living area is one huge room so when the party was not outside, it was right there as we hung out on bar stools and couches. The outdoor area is fabulous! While the weather was cooler this time of year; however, we did enjoy the hot tub and fire pit. It is a very private yard and the neighborhood is quiet all the time. We only had one issue and I was able to text the host about a leaking toilet. They responded right away they would take care of it after we left the next day. It is a beautiful home, decorated well, and fully functional for a fun time while visiting family and friends. We were close enough to visit the White Tank Mountain trails and there are a million things to do in Litchfield Park or beyond. It was relaxing and exactly what we needed for a short getaway. Thank you for providing a beautiful place for people to enjoy! Highly recommend this rental.

Nice place

The home had a great layout and space to enjoy indoors and out. It does need some general maintenance; the BBQ wouldn't light without a lighter, the outdoor fridge didn't work, the kitchen faucet was very sticky, and they did not supply extra toilet paper so we had to go buy our own! We enjoyed the pool and outdoor space the most!

Our stay was wonderful. Spent 5 days in the area for son’s baseball tournament. House was super clean, spacious and very well stocked. Pool was refreshing after hot days in the sun. Home and property manager were great. Definitely book this home again.

Property,neighborhood, and experience staying was amazing. Perfect for a family of 6 with kids ranging from 10-17 years of age. Everyone was happy and comfortable!🙂

I will not be giving a 5-star review on this location on VRBO. Received no prior notification that a Pest company was showing up to the house. I opened the garage door, went inside to grab something, came right back out and found a strange man standing in the middle of the garage. Prior to that, the pool guy showed up unannounced as well. This is totally unacceptable. You should feel safe and secure in a vrbo and receive prior communication of any services to be performed during a guest stay. Kerry never informed me until after the fact about the Pest company, and no notification at all about the pool service. Kerry sent a notification on Sunday night to have us put the trash cans out, as trash day was Monday? You want the guest to provide a service for you, so you find the time to send advance notification to put the trash out? Yet you provided no communication about services to be performed on the house during a guest stay? The house itself and the outdoor living area was very enjoyable and well kept. However, the lack of customer service and guest appreciation is unacceptable.

Everything about the house was the same as the description. Very nice place to stay.

The pool and backyard was exactly what we were looking for! We had a great time playing and relaxing in the pool and hot tub. The house had plenty of room for our family and everything was clean and new. The host was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again!
