This home was very clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed. We mostly just packed up for the day and came back to change and head out for the evening. The pool area was very private and we used it here and there. We only had to drive a short distance to the beach and all of the places we love. The location and early morning noise from the highway and neighborhood trucks were not ideal. I would suggest this home to anyone looking for an affordable place to stay within driving distance to popular places in the area.

Very quiet and clean spot. Just a short drive to the beaches and downtown Melbourne. Our host was very responsive to any questions leading up to our stay and during our time there. Looking forward to our next visit

Upon arrival to the property the neighborhood appeared to be a bit sketchy but proved to be safe and full of hard working people. The home was tidy and clean. Everything was in great working order. The mattress’s on the beds were extremely comfortable. We would definitely stay again !!!!

We loved how everything was labeled. It made it super easy to find things. The master shower is amazing. If we had one negative it would be that the neighbors were a little loud late into the night/early morning on the day we left, but that is certainly not your fault. We hope to come down again next year and would definitely consider staying here again.

We loved the property and would stay here again! The owner was amazing with communicating immediately & answering any questions we had! It was clean & so well stocked (& labeled)! Great for friends, family (& kids)!

The check in process was really simple. The host provided absolutely everything you can think of from chargers, to full size bottles of shampoo and conditioner, and extra toiletries in the bathroom. Everything is labeled to make finding everything as simple as possible, and the newly renovated, light airy scenery made it an amazing experience. The pool felt great with a privacy fence and a childrens safety gate to access the pool. I took advantage of the provided grill and utensils and made some chicken, and it was overall an amazing experience. 10/10 would book again.
