La ubicación, la tranquilidad y el desayuno. La ubicación es realmente inmejorable. El servicio de desayuno es excelente, variado y muy rico. El personal es muy amable. Las camas muy cómodas y la limpieza impecable. Sin dudas lo recomiendo y si regreso alguna vez a Piran, volvería a hospedarme aquí.
Es solamente para buscar algo: la ventana de la habitación en la que estábamos, tiene una cortina oscura pero que NO la tapa completamente por lo que entra luz natural temprano en la mañana y a la noche tiene un farol de alumbrado público justo en dicha ventana. Insisto, es solamente para buscar algo específico, pero se puede mejorar sencillamente.

Sehr freundliches Personal, super Lage und saubere und nette Atmosphäre. Für den Geburtstag wurde spontan Kuchen, Kerze und Sekt zum Frühstück organisiert.

Das Hotel liegt super-zentral in der schönen Altstadt von Piran. Zur Strandpromenade (Baden im Meer) sind es nur ca. 20m. Der Altbau ist von innen schön renoviert, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig mit nettem Service. Trotz der zentralen Lage kann man mit offenem Fenster schlafen. In der Rooftop-Bar kann man abends noch einen Drink einnehmen.
Mit großen Rollkoffern ist es etwas mühsam ist, das Hotel vom Bus aus über die gepflasterten Straßen zu erreichen.

Great location in the old town. The hotel was stylish, well appointed and very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely SUPERB.
We were sad the rooftop bar was not yet open during our stay.

Location is great - right in the center of everything (although the town is small, so no matter where you stay, you will be walking distance from everything). The bus is easy to take to the town center and the walk is not far from the bus, even with a lot of luggage. Hotel and room was clean. Room was on the smaller side with little decoration and the a/c did not work in May. Breakfast was fantastic!
We arrived early May, which is considered off season. Although the hotel reception says it is open during the day, when we arrived at 12p, no one was at the hotel. Finally, after searching for 15 min for hotel staff, one of the cleaning staff was able to help us store luggage. I would say the hotel should improve its communication around front desk hours, especially for those who arrive during the day.

When checking in we got immediately recommendations what to see and where to eat. The staff is super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was awesome too!

Great location in the city center, 1 min from beach, restaurants, cafes, wondrefully renovated, very nice and modern design, clean rooms, helpful staff and the best thing - FABULOUS BREAKFAST! We will come back for sure! Thank you for great stay!

Best location, steps to the sea. lovely rooftop. All of the staff were wonderfully friendly and accommodating.

Location was good, in the old town.
I am basing the rating and comments on the price paid - over 200EUR for 1 night I was expecting a lot, plus the rating on booking.com was 9.6.
I would not have expected the following:
- Check in/out - no staff available before 3pm and 10am......really?
- Restaurant opens in the evening on the top floor to the public - so you have people chatting outside your door until 11pm as they walk up.
- Aircon wasnt powerful, hot room all night
- Breakfast was terrible - vegetable omlette with stones (not even grit.....veg not washed properly) put me off completely....and staff members chatting to each other (clearly about guests) made us uncomfortable
- Parking was awful - I know it is not the fault of the hotel, but getting yelled at by locals in the multi story is a good start to the visit (peak season know).
EDIT - I received a quite aggressive and sinister response from the hotel asking that I reconsider my rating....rather than reaching out for my feedback which I would have expected. My response to the manager:
"I dont take the review I submitted lightly. Plus, as you will no doubt see, I travel a great deal and therefore I know what to expect from a hotel with your rating and price paid.
I will not be changing the score as your responses do not provide any additional insight - I also do not appreciate the pressure to do so,
Reviews like this are to be expected and are part of the business model - I suggest you use it constructively."
I will not be bullied on this, shame on you.
